I love Peaches and I especially love them as a dessert. Did you know you can make peaches in a pie. Well you can and one of my favourite recipes is this yummy Peach Pie recipe. This hub has that Peach Pie recipe just for you.

Ingredients For Peach Pie

fresh peaches, pitted and sliced x 10

all-purpose flour x 40 g

butter x 55 g

white sugar x 200 g

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

Method

First off you need to mix the flour, sugar and butter into a crumb stage. In the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate place one crust. Line the shell with some sliced peaches. Sprinkle some of the butter mixture on top of the peaches, then put more peaches on top of the the crumb mixture. Continue layering until both the peaches and crumbs are gone.

Top with lattice strips of pie crust.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until crust is golden. Allow pie to cool before slicing. Best when eaten fresh.
