Superfoods refer to any foods that meet the requirements of a balance nutrition that pump the human body with essential nutrients including vitamins, minerals, fibers and antioxidants. Acai Berry (pronounced a-sigh-ee) is a small, rounded fruit with a purple color relatively smaller than grapes. It prominently grows in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil and freeze-dried into food supplements. It carries an almost perfect balanced punches of nutritional properties that aided proper digestion and effectivelt cleanse large intestine. It contains a highest ORAC test, a kind of food test developed by the U.S Department of Agriculture to determine and measure the antioxidant content in a certain food.
