As a person whom has had a external hard drive, I think I am a bit qualified to say a thing or two about them. External hard drives really have changed over the years. They used to be big and bulky and now they are smaller and sleeker.  I can honestly say that they have changed and for the better.

On the right, I have listed a few different hard drive option. There are many more, but this is a great start for you. Hard drives may be made similarly,but they are not all made the same. Look at them and see if it fits your need. What extras do they have? Will they work with your computer and so on?

Some people like to find a drive that is a name brand that they know and some like a nice looking case. How small do you want the case to be? These are things you should ask yourself.
