It sounds like you have no need for surgery and it is good to know that these services are readily available for woman who do have genuine breast problems and if they will be more happy with bigger boobs than im all for this....

I think a women's breast is more attractive when its proportioned with the women's body. Fake ones or OK if its done right and not overly fake looking.
I personally really dont mind if they are fake or real!;)Its all good:D
