I've heard many people talk about the secrets of the Bible and I've read many books on the subject. I took all of this information and crossed referenced it. Some of it matched, some of it didn't and I was left confused. I've read the Bible seven times in my life time and have discovered the true secret that it holds. The secret of the Bible is that every time that you read it you will get something new out of it. A verse may mean something to you the first time that you read it and mean something entirely different the second. Each verse is written in a way that each person can get something different from it. It may mean one thing to me but another to you. That is the secret of the Bible. It was written so long ago that no one can say for sure what it really means. There is nobody who can tell you the mysteries of the universe just by quoting you scriptures. The true secret of the Bible is that it relates to everyone and can be applied to what is happening in their own life. I have received a great deal of insight into my own problems from reading the Bible and I'm sure that many others have experienced the exact same thing. It isn't about figuring out what it all really means. I think it's more about figuring out how it applies to you and your life. A verse may not mean anything to you the first time you read it because it isn't supposed to but the next time that you read it maybe you are going through something that allows you to apply it to yourself. In my view that is the secret of the Bible but maybe I'm wrong. I haven't been through the training that many others have and I've never had God talk directly to me but I'm also not trying to make any money by writing this either.
