But there is one reality show that has my complete attention...The Biggest Loser on NBC. I have only been watching since season 7 and since the first time I watched it I was completely inspired. No, am not over weight or anything like that but what these people do grabs my heart. I start crying because what the contestants go through makes me believe that anything is possible.

I just got done watching the first of season 8 and OMG! I am so glad that Daniel got to come back. I was heart broken last season when he had to go. I thought there is no way they are going to let a kid like that go. Sure enough he is back this season and I am so proud of him. I don't even know the guy but I get all giddy when I see what progress he is making. Hi Daniel, if you see this... way to go buddy!!!

My thoughts are a lot like Jillian's.  The very thought of losing my husband and kid/s is something that I can hardly even bear to think about let alone go through.  I also often thought about what I would do if that ever happened to me and all I could come up with is ".....".  But you Abby, you have nothing and found something.  You have to know what kind of message you are sending out to everyone.  I love you girl!

You are one of the few people in this world that can continue to live with something so awful having happened in your life.  I remember last year, a family here in San Diego lost his entire family when a military jet crashed into his home and killed his entire family, new born baby, wife and daughter.  I was so sad for him but when he publicly said that he did not hold the pilot responsible and did forgive him...

I thought, "God, I hope that never happens to me but if it ever did, God help me be like that guy."  So Abby, you have everything and I will be routin' for you as well.  If you aren't the "biggest loser", then you have certainly won my respect and love.

I love the Biggest Loser. I don't think there is any other reality show like it. All the other reality shows show the condescending side of people but these people on this show continuously show me that they are more than just big people, they got the biggest hearts as well and that I hope they never, ever lose. Even though ya'll are in competition with each other all the contestant usually always show that being together and working together, encouraging each other is much more important than just "winning" the game.

I cry right along with you guys. I get excited with you as well. I hate watching who gets voted off because It has got to suck breaking up your "life" line. I think the only thing that sucks about the show for me is trying to hide my tears because I get made fun of...
