Here on Day Two of the Cabbage Soup Diet you can of course have all of your cabbage soup you want or desire. On day two you can have all the fresh , cooked , or raw veggies you want. But avoid dry beans , peas , and corn. For your dinner today have a really huge baked potato with butter. You can have all the water , ice , flavored ice described on day one , unsweetened tea and cranberry juice you want. Make celery , carrot , and green pepper sticks and chill them for a tasty treat.
Day 3

Day Five is your beef and tomatoes day. Today you can have up to 30 ounces of beef and up to 8 large tomatoes. Cook your beef how you want. Today you can have your baked potato and all your regular beverages. Try a almost frozen strawberry drink today. Use fresh or frozen strawberries and crushed ice. Add fresh or canned berries. And you can of course eat all your cabbage soup you want.
Day 6.
Today you can have all the beef or vegetables you want. And don't forget today you can have all the cabbage soup you want. Try it with added beef. And you can have all your regular beverages.
Day 7.
Today you can have all the brown rice , all the vegetables you want , all the unsweetened fruit or fruit juices you want, your regular beverages and all of your cabbage soup you want.
A Little More Information.
