Puerto Penasco or it is more famous for this glamorous name, Rocky Point (Well, I am wondered that this Rocky Point is the twin brother of Rocky Mountain?) An US enterprising businessperson, Johnny Stone during the prohibition era, discovered Puerto Penasco. He realized that this small fishing village can be turned into a "Gold digging mine" for him (WoW, how lucky Johnny is) then he decided to open the first hotel and rapidly drive some tourists into it.
