That's a great list, Chatterbox! You have been all around the web identifying good sites for us, I see!
Thank you.
Great list! #12 caught my eye - it has been years since I have thought about pen-pals - back in the day when you actually had to mail a letter! I suppose today it is much easier to find and stay in touch with friends from all across the globe!
JDNYC, sorry I didn't answer right away. Penpalling is a fun hobby. My oldest daughter has been doing it since 1979. She even visited some of them in other states. Your username tells me that you live in NYC like me. Is that true?
Regarding #19, sports memorabilia is a good hobby if you get real sports memorabilia...be careful when buying on eBay or other online sites unless they are offering well known authentication.
Thanks Sportsmemorabilia,
That's good advice, let's hope people take this advice. I hear so much about people selling fake stuff on eBay. I use to sell on eBay, but their fees have gotten out of hand. I think eBay is getting a bad reputation.
