A popular misconception amongst health and fitness freaks and people who want to lose weight is that it takes a lot of time, hard work, self control, and sacrifice to get that perfect body or to slim down to your ideal weight.

The Chilled Out Workout and Diet Guide
Running one mile depending on your weight can burn on average 110 calories.
But why run? When walking one mile at a normal pace also burns around 110 calories.
There are many advantages to walking a mile over Running a mile.

My favorite it´s "Sleeping for weight loss" :D . I love to sleep and the best part is that one probably won´t eat while is asleep. If you keep sleeping all day you´ll be thin in no time LOL.
I love how you linked your chilled out workout and chilled out diet guide hubs together for a new chilled out effect. After looking at the Diet Guide I've chosen to have a glass of Guinness to chill out with. Not only does Guinness live next door to me in the form of a cool and chilled out boxer dog but Guinness too I've learned from you is also helpful in reducing blood clotting.
