On January 20, 2009, the President-Elect will take the Oath of Office and say "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

This raises some unusual problems in the case of Barack Hussein Obama, who has openly criticized the Founding Fathers citing the "limitations of the Constitution of the United States." He claims that the Constitution doesn't go far enough for "redistribution of wealth." Obviously, I can understand his objection to the Founding Fathers being slave-owners, but the last 40 years of Affirmative Action have been an attempt to rectify that injustice.

It also presents a difficulty because he still refuses to show a "vault copy of his birth certificate," since, according to the Constitution, Article II, the President of the United States must be a "natural born citizen".

According to his own words, in his two memoirs, he has said that he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, his step-father in Indonesia. We also know that during those years In Indonesia, one would have to be a citizen to attend public schools. In fact, in a famous photo by Associated Press photographer,Tatan Syuflana, an Indonesian AP reporter, you can see that his name is listed as Barry Soetoro, Nationality: Indonesian. In fact, the photo can be seen at daylife.com. Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship, so he would have lost his American citizenship when he was adopted. At best, when he returned to Hawaii, he would have had to have been re-naturalized. A "naturalized" citizen is not eligible to be President of the United staes, as Arnold Schwarznegger knows.

So, how can a man who supposedly is a constitutional lawyer, who graduated Harvard, intend on taking this Oath of Office, when he knows full well what his secrets are?

There are now several lawsuits demanding that he release a "vault copy", because he has not done so. The other so-called birth certificates that his staff has posted on fightthesmears site or factcheck have been examined by forensic experts and have been found to be forgeries. That, in itself, is compelling evidnce that Mr. Obama has something to hide.

I realize that many will feel that somehow i harbor racist feelings. I'm sorry if people feel that way. It has been determined by the American Association of American Physicians and Surgeons that Obama used hypnotic techniques in his speeches and that is why there was such a response to such an unvetted, clearly inexperienced candidate.
