I myslef have had trouble with Oblivion, even with the guide. I have gained much knowlege about the game and have decided to share it. In the first version i will include Arena, Hints, Amazon and eBay, and a few walkthroughs. More will come in the future, but for now i hope this helps.

Arena

Now, there are two parts to the Arena. If you want to gamble, talk to the guy on the other side of the gates to the Arena. If you want to fight, go through the gate then through the door to the left.

Fighters

Speak to the black guy in the bloodworks. He is the Blademaster. After getting your rainment and a match, grab one of the Iron Claymores, or if you grabed one from the trunk in Weynon Priory use the Steel Claymore. Claymores give about 3 hit kills. The guide tells you what to do to kill the opponents easily but i disagree. Just use a claymore and it will be over in no time, but a flare spell equipped helps. Don't waste you time with bows.

Gamblers

This is normally 50/50 if you have 50 Luck, but i ALWAYS bet on the blue team and i ALWAYS win. My advice: bet 25 gold the first time, when you win bet 25 again, next bet 50, then 50, then go onto 100.

Arena (cont.) These stratagies took days to figure out, with exstensive tests and graphs. The Arena is a great way to earn money, whether you gamble or fight.

Hints

  •  Block at all times between swings
  • Magic helps kill quicker
  • Don't commit any crimes unless you are in the Dark Brotherhood or you are a thief

Crimes

  •  Stealing
  • Pickpocketing
  • Tresspassing (using lockpicks on doors/chests that people own)
  • Murder
  • Assult

Walkthroughs

 Imperial Prison

Run up to the cell door, when the guards come walk up against the window, follow the Emperor. Assassians will attack and kill one of the Blades, collect items from the dead blade. You will encounter rats all over. Follow the Blades and do what they say.

  • Tunnel

More rats and a zombie. At the end there will be a trip wire. While slowing walking in sneak mode look to the ground for it. When you find the trip wire, take out your bow and shoot the goblin. Jump over the wire. DO NOT TOUCH THE SKULLS AT END OF TUNNEL!

  • Natural Cave

Many goblins here. When you go in go into sneak mode. There is a goblin watching his roasting rat. Sneak up on him and kill him with a quick swing. When youcontinue down the tunnel keep your bow handy. When you see the rolling log trap, activate it to kill the goblins at the bottom. Use your bow to kill the goblins in the cave. There are 4 goblins. They are at the entrance, the rat pen, the fire to the right of entrance, and there is a small hill of bones. The goblin on it is a Goblin Witch. After killing it search it and collect all the items. You can quickly dispatch all 4 goblins with a bow. Go through the tunnel by the witch.

  • Imperial Tunnel

Just follow the Blades.

  • Weynon Priory

Go into the first building and talk to the priest. Go up the staircase and go right. Talk to Jeffre. After you are done talking with him ask him about assissiantance. He will unlock the chest and you can take items from it. (Note: This is the chest with the steel claymore)
