The Ergo Baby Carrier is in MY opinion the best baby carrier I've ever used.

Unlike the Baby Bjorn and similar styles structured carriers, it has a sturdy band which goes around your waiste and distributes the weight there, instead of on your poor shoulders.

As a result, you can carry children up to 20-odd-kg in it. 45pounds, I think that is. Which is just incrediable! And I have - I put my neice in it last month and she weighs about 17kg, no problem :)
