The Fat Burning Furnace System...Does It Work?
74Fat Burning Furnace
Plan Overview
The Fat Burning Furnace System is a diet and exercise program created by Rob Poulos that is currently all over the Internet. But, does the Fat Burning Furnace System live up to it’s reputation (you can lose 26 lbs of pure fat in 7 weeks), or is it just another “fat diet” that will fade out before the years end?
First, the Fat Burning Furnace System is NOT a magic bullet, for anyone who is looking for just that. The system is a 158 page e-book which focuses on the proper way to exercise and which foods to eat to optimize your fat burning. So, fat burning furnace is not a scam, but you need to be committed to the program to see results.
I have been using the Fat Burning Furnace system for about three weeks and I can assure you that it is not just another “fad diet”. While the exercises are less frequent (you only need to work out for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week), they are strenuous. And, while I feel that Fat Burning Furnace is more about the exercises than the diet; they do provide a sensible, well rounded, and easy to follow healthy eating plan to help accelerate your results.
Pros and Cons
With all of the diet and exercise programs out there, it is obvious that not every plan will suit every person. Some people like strict plans, while others like plans that allow more freedom in their food choices. Some like workouts that include intense cardio, while others like less intense exercises such as yoga or pilates.
The Fat Burning Furnace Plan was created by Rob Poulos, an ordinary person who had struggled with obesity his entire life. Through spending thousands upon thousands of dollars on separate weight-loss plans Rob and his wife created Fat Burning Furnace, which enabled them to lose over 100 lbs of fat combined.
While the plan has enabled Rob, his wife, and many others to lose excess fat, build lean muscle, and increase their energy levels, this program is not guaranteed to work for everyone. It takes some work, and there are a few things that every person should consider before purchasing the product.
Pros:
- The plan will not take over your life. Fat Burning Furnace is designed to have you exercising only 45 mins- 1 hour each week. It is a good plan for busy people; you can easily fit in the 15-30 min work out during a lunch break or by waking up a little earlier.
- The nutrition part of the program does not require a great deal of changes in your diet, and the Fat Burning Furnace plan, I believe, is more about the strength training exercises than what you eat.
- The book is written in an easy to follow manner, with many pictures illustrating the exercises.
- Their website includes a plethora of reviews and testimonials, so, it is obvious that the plan is not just another diet scam.
- There is a 60-day money back guarantee, so if you decide the program is not for you, you can just get a refund. No questions asked.
Cons:
- For the many of us who are used to exercises based on cardio, it may be difficult to adjust. The program is focuses on strength training solely for at least the first few months. After that you can add in 30 mins of H.I.I.T training a few times each week.
- That said, since this program is based on the workouts, you need to be dedicated to see results. So, if you don’t like working out, or can’t, this plan isn’t for you.
- The book is written like Rob talks, so while it is easy to read and follow, some people many not like his casual style.
- The plan works best for those who have access to a gym or gym equipment. While you can modify the exercises and use your own body weight as resistance instead, having the right equipment produces the best results.
What To Expect
Rob Poulos’ innovative plan has already helped over 10,000 people lose the unhealthy fat they had been carrying around for years. It is a definite good choice for anyone who is looking to get in shape (especially for those who want to lose that stubborn belly fat that just NEVER seems to go away), but you have to know what kind of results to expect from the program.
I feel like the first thing that I should point out is that the Fat Burning Furnace plan is not just another fad-diet, it is an intense fitness program. The reason you are able get rid of body fat and keep it off is because you are adding lean muscle to your body, which will help you burn more calories.
Many dieters get discouraged when they start the program and don’t see that they lose 15lbs in 2 weeks like you can with your average diet plan. This occurs though, because muscle you are adding through the exercise routine heavier than the fat that you are losing. So, while your weight may not seem to change much initially, you will notice your pants getting looser, your stomach getting flatter, and that your body will look much more firm.
That said, don’t just judge the result of the Fat Burning Furnace plan with your scale, I would suggest taking measurements of your body before you start the plan, and then a few weeks later to see the results.
With most diet plans you see a spike in weight loss over the first few weeks then it slow down or sometimes stop. This happens because with other diet plans you are losing water weight and dehydrating yourself. With the Fat Burning Furnace plan, you are drinking A LOT of iced water, which not only helps you stay hydrated but also accelerates your fat loss. The plan claims to enable you to lose 26lbs of fat in just 7 weeks, but keep in mind that losing 2-3 lbs a week is the optimal way to lose fat and keep it off.
With the Fat Burning Furnace plan, you should definitely expect to see results by the two-week mark if you are following the program to a ‘T’. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see miracle results, because if you stick to the program you will definitely be able to change your body appearance and lose any excess fat in a short period of time, it just takes some work and dedication… but the results are well worth it.

Very interesting hub. I would like to say that I would try this, but I've tried so many weight loss ideas, and because I'm not disciplined enough to continue. I can't tell you how many of these things that I've invested my money in, just to see them lie around on the shelf after awhile. However this is a good hub. Keep up the good work.
