This is the first posting to this site because of my belief that it is this courageous challenge that will bring the KOG back online with its prophetic mission. First and foremost, I am a dedicated brother in the Kingdom of Yah this is the reason why I have painstakingly taken on this diligent effort to raise the level of consciousness of the Saints of the Kingdom of Yah. I am compelled by the Holy Spirit to cry aloud and spare not.

For many years, the cause of justice has been ignored, disregarded and overlooked in the development of our community. Justice amongst any people is a sign of growth, development and progress. The policy of fairness and impartiality is essential to all citizens and strangers alike to insure loyalty and dedication to and for the expansion of that people, nation, community or country. Failure to do so creates apathy, lack of interest or concern, mistrust, and a decline of that society. At this point of our development, the Kingdom of Yah is in urgent need of a Divine Ministry of Justice and an unbiased court system of justice based on the laws, statues, ordinances and judgments of Yah, the right of all accused to be allowed due process under the LAWS of Yah, and the right to have an advocate to represent them. Failure to abide by the process is not wise or negotiable and is a direct breach of the instructions of the Holy One of Israel and direct disobedience to Him.

Due process – The regular administration of the law, according to which no citizen may be denied his legal rights and all laws must conform to fundamental, accepted legal principles; As the right of the accused to confront his or her accusers.

Advocate – 1. to plead in favor of; support or urge by argument; recommend publicly. 2. a person who defends, vindicates, or espouses a cause by argument. 3. a person who pleads for or in behalf of another; an intercessor. 4. a person who pleads a cause of another in a court of law; a legal counselor.

“None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth; they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

The way of peace they know not; and there is no justice in their goings; they have made them crooked paths; whosoever goeth in them shall not know peace.

Therefore is justice far from us, neither doth righteousness over take us. We wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.

And justice is turned away backward, and righteousness standeth afar off; for truth is falledn in the street, and equity cannot enter.

Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey. And the Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice.”

Isaiah 59:4, 8-9, 14-15

The injustice and lack of implementing it must come out and be dealt with so we can move onto a higher level of responsibility to Yah and each other. Injustice has held us back and the true beauty of the KOY has yet to come forth. Many have left thru the years and returned to the lands of the captivity, not because they were evil individuals; but because many could not or did not have the strength or knowledge to make war against respecters of persons, double standards, and contradiction.

This is truly the place we need to be at this time in prophecy and history, but there are things that need adjusting. No one is trying to destroy the Kingdom or blaspheme; so stop insinuating such gossip and malicious slander. In fact, nothing can destroy that which Yah has ordained to be, Daniel 2:44, unless it is not functioning in the true capacity of the Kingdom; it will also be broken into pieces, and consumed like all other Kingdoms and will not stand forever. If there is no justice here in this place then there is no such thing as the Kingdom of Yah at Jerusalem, and we are no different from any other church on any street corner in America. Without any doubt, the Kingdom must and will be established on the foundation of Truth, Justice and Righteousness, and there is no force, individual, group, or secret society on this planet that can prevent or circumvent the prophecy of Daniel. We assisted in building this Kingdom, and we as citizens have a right to question anything that is out of order. The last time I checked the prophecy of Daniel said:

“But the saints of the Most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever.”

Daniel 7:18

No one here has been declared or shown through their actions, decisions, or judgments to be infallible, only the word of the Holy One of Israel is without question. The failure of leadership in the administration of justice is the reason why this correspondence is necessary and timely, because of their actions in not making this come into fruition. We need a vehicle to address the wrong doing, disputes, and controversies in the KOY in order for it to be the KOY. This is an idea whose time has come a Ministry of Justice.

“… One cannot speak authoritatively on the issues of establishing a nation with more emphasis on the intrinsic moral values and obligations founded upon the principles of the laws of God unless one has found an example of a people redeemed, progressively expanding and excelling through the adherence to the laws and statutes of Yah, who is the spiritual ruler of that nation.”

We must hold onto the good things of the Kingdom and preserve what we have created and eradicate evil, unrighteousness and presumptuous sin so that we can be blessed by Yah to receive the blessings he has promised us.

“Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the Lord Yah giveth thee, throughout thy tribes, and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

Thou shalt not distort justice. Thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a bribe; for a bribe doth blind the eyes of the wise and pervert the words of the righteous.

That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou may live and inherit the land which the Lord Yah giveth thee.”

Deuteronomy 16:18-20

“If there arise a matter too hard for thee in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within thy gates, then shalt thou arise, and get thee up into the place which the Lord Yah shall choose;

And thou shalt come unto the priests, the Levites, and unto the judge who shall be in those days, and inquire, and they shall show thee the sentence of judgment.

And thou shalt do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the Lord shall choose shall show thee, and thou shalt observe to do according to all that they inform thee

According to the sentence of the law which they shall teach thee, and according to the judgment which they shall tell thee, thou shalt do; thou shalt not decline from the sentence which they shall show thee, to the right hand, nor to the left.

And the man who will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest who standeth to minister there before the Lord Yah or unto the judge, even that man shall die; and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel.

And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously.”

My question is how the judges or the Priests can pass on a sentence of judgment if they do not know the laws, statues and ordinances of Yah, and refuse, to respect persons in judgment or lack strength to invoke due process? That means we are not obligated to their bias decisions.

“…I must magnify the importance of the law of Yah under the new covenant with the Sons of Yah coming out of the captivity or exile. The law of Yah has to again become the guiding light of the apparatus of government, society and the lives of men.”

All nations must be brought back under the authority and influence of the law and the testimony of the prophets working hand in hand with all of the other messengers of Yah.”

True we submitted ourselves to self-rule, but we did not leave the lands of the captivity to be put into a position of unjust decisions on our lives. We are the same people who marched, represented, demonstrated, protested, were imprisoned, sacrificed and even died for justice and equality on the altar of freedom. We did not come here to be in another unjust system denied of our basic human and biblical rights to defend ourselves and face our accusers. We even drafted our own constitution.

MLK’s vision of “We as a People Will Get to the Promise Land” was not inclusive of a system void of justice, due process and the right to have an advocate to defend the accused. This is one of several reasons he dedicated and sacrificed his life for. Its essence, his struggle and passion was about justice and the rights of a people. His message was a universal “cry.”

"The Right of Due Process

A. The right of due process guarantees that every citizen of the Kingdom of Yah shall be protected from any arbitrary jeopardy to his rights as a member of the Divine government. Prescribed, formal procedures for the preclusion of citizenship must be established and uniformly utilized. The testimony of witnesses must be used in accordance with what is spelled out within the Deuteronomic codes. Due process shall also guarantee equal protection under the law and prohibit the Divine government or its officials or representatives from treating citizens on an arbitrary or unreasonable basis. All citizens shall be guaranteed the right to represent themselves, or acquire a representative of their own choosing and to present witnesses on their behalf.

“Isaiah the Prophet pleaded, “Come now, let us reason together.” Let us weigh without preconceived conclusions. First, never expect the euphoria over a good idea to come from those who stand to lose by it acceptance. A house divided cannot stand strong pressure. Ye shall not respect persons in judgment, but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man, for the judgment is Yah’s; and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.

“Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment; thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty, but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.

Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people; neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbor; I am the Lord.

Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart; thou shalt surely rebuke thy neighbor, and not allow sin upon him.

I am appalled by all the social situations that have not been addressed by the Prophetic Priesthood. Therefore, I am no longer on a sabbatical. I have taken myself off. Just as I requested initially in 2005 for a sabbatical leave from Priesthood duties, because of health challenges, which no longer exists. The attempt to hibernate and silence me is over. My silence would be a betrayal to Yah and my people. The dictates of my conscious and the principles I live by will not let me keep quiet any longer. It is physically unhealthy and can cause illness. It is my duty and the duty of every Saint to cry loud and spare not.

This is a time of spiritual warfare; it is my Yah given duty and responsibility to stand for all we know is true. No matter what, scorn me, revile me, stab me in the back, and even approach me with two or more faces. I will never be counted among the broken intimidated men.

We cannot let injustice go unchecked. Our very survival is at stake. Our young people are outraged at the conditions and attitudes taken on when it comes to justice being rendered. What has caused their present attitudes? Why do they drink, smoke, violate the Shabbat and fight each other? The army has made some of them trained killers and there are some who suffer with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. Do you know the symptoms? I do. I have dealt with it before. They are frustrated to return home and face the same things their parents have faced for 40 years. You can act like this is not happening if you want to, but it is in our faces daily.

The time is over for secret indictments and ambiguous, conjectural, personal, vindictive judgments. It is your Yah given right to demand due process in matters concerning your life and decisions that are life altering. There are Saints who have been on restrictions for decades and there is absolutely no program to alter their status; no one seems to care. You can be in this position forever when decrees go forth all of the stipulations read are 99% of the time never ever dealt with. The only thing moved on swiftly are matters concerning money. Am I lying? You all know I am telling the truth. This is why so much apathy exists in the community; “the I don’t care attitude.”

We are stagnated because we have failed to use the best minds both young and old to move us forward with all of the great potential and genius in our midst. We have not moved forward. The sad thing is the Saints in the Kingdom have not been deployed properly. The strategy and tactics that are used are outdated and destined to inhibit progress.

Even the adversaries system we call evil and wicked will charge you with a crime on the spot, read you your rights (the Miranda Act) and allow you, at least, one phone callwhen arrested, whether you are a suspect or whatever the circumstances might be. Then the investigation begins to prove guilt or innocence and then witnesses are sought out. You will be arraigned, maybe given a bail bond, depending on the charges, told why and what you were arrested for, you can even get a public defender if you cannot afford an attorney who will search for witnesses on your behalf to at least try to formulate a defense for you. You also have a right to defend yourself, if you desire. You can also do a plea bargain. If found guilty and sentenced, you can receive anything from 1 day to life imprisonment, a fine, or acquittal; even the death penalty, can be your fate. As a matter of fact you know how much time you have to serve upon sentencing, and there are even clauses for time off for good behavior. At least you are aware of your situation, your indictment even if you are railroaded, framed, victim of a kangaroo court, lynched or whatever. You even have a right to appeal in other words have a new trial.

However, in our community you don't know anything about your case or your hidden accuser a great percentage of the time. Perjury is punishable by the law, both civil and spiritual “Thou shalt not bear false witness.” Remember that commandment? Exodus 20:16. Are you aware of it? It is a crime. The typical question from the indicted and convicted in our community is "Who told you that? Or “where did that come from?” A typical reply is "I heard it,” “I cannot remember,” “you need to leave that alone,” or “Abba is dealing with it" or the infamous statement “I will or we will get back with you.” You will never get an answer at that point. Most get frustrated, depending on who you or they are, and leave it alone knowing they have no one to defend them or turn to but Yah. You could even have been lied on and that is the truth. In other words, your accuser or accusers always lurk in the shadows; incidentally there have been those conspired against. I am one of them and you all in certain positions know. You can actually live out your entire life and never know what or who accused you. That’s just not right; sounds similar to Guantanamo or Siberia or some other totalitarian state or country to me. Is justice on trial? Is truth on the operating table? Have lies and deceit become the surgeons and injustice and stratagems become the anesthesiologist?

To establish justice is a process that demands continuous persistence. Have we adjusted to injustice? Is not the legitimate cry of the people the voice of Yah?

There must be at least two (2) witnesses.

“One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth; at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong,

Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the Lord, before the priests and the judges, who shall be in those days;

And the judges shall make diligent inquiry; and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother,

Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother. So shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

And those who remain shall hear, and fear, and shall hence forth commit no more any such evil among you.”

Deuteronomy 19:15-20

When is the last time this has taken place in the community? “This is why we need a Ministry of Justice.” You cannot continue to teach truth and defy what you are teaching.

How long are we to tolerate this absurd behavior? “Has injustice taken on a new face, or are the individuals who despise justice now masquerading and lobbying as the victims of an unprovoked attack by those seeking justice and truth?” Those who have been given appointments in leadership cannot take any positive criticism. It defies reasoning that they are never wrong, nor will they ever admit any mistakes they have made. We know for a fact they cover each other. We at one time would declare the Kingdom of Yah was/is a government governed by men governed by Yah. If there is no recognized properly functioning, Truthful,, unbiased system of justice being administered through righteous government, it is not governed by Yah it is governed by men.

“The Word of Yah is simple, not ambiguous, in both content and context. There cannot be, or will there ever be, a marriage between good and evil in a world governed by men governed by Yah.

Woe unto those who seek deeply to hide their counsel from the Lord, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? And who knoweth us?”

“Also, thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from the Lord.

And they come unto thee as the people come, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them; for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.

And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument; for they hear thy words, but they do them not.”

Justice – 1. the quality of conforming to principles of reason; 2. generally accepted standards of right and wrong to the stated terms of laws rules, agreements, etc. in matters affecting persons who could be wronged or unduly favored; 3. the maintenance or administration of what is just according to the law. Syn. Upright, equitable, impartial, legal; honorable, exact.

Unrighteous – 1. not righteous, not upright or virtuous; wicked; sinful; evil. 2. unfair or unjust.

To deny justice is tyrannical and is inviting one to possess and be infused with a diabolical satanic disposition. To challenge the immutable word of Yah and the inspired prophets of Israel is certainly a dangerous position to take on. To deny justice is to give the haters of Yah, the God of Truth, great occasion to blaspheme. The forefathers left us testimonies of what mistakes not to make: Insecurity, fear, arrogance, pride, and leaning toward one’s own understanding has been Israel’s downfall, since the days of Saul and all of the Kings of Israel and Yehudah. We must remember pride comes before a fall.

Saints do you know a Ministry of Justice will protect the rights of all citizens; brothers, sisters and children? For example, brothers, your wife cannot be an adulteress. Sisters, your husband cannot be an adulterer, fornicator or whoremonger. He is obligated by law to provide for his family. Children have rights protected by biblical law not to be abused or molested. A Ministry of Justice is where all disputes are to be presented and presided over to bring justice, peace and tranquility in our midst.

“The Word of Yah is fire, it opposes all evil… Wherefore, arrogance, stiff-neckedness and stubbornness are sure creators of friction because the Word of Yah, being all-power, will either purify the soul or consume it. Thus, obedience is better than sacrifice. To oppose the Word of Yah is suicidal because the ultimate end of all opposers of Yah’s Word is torment in the fire and finally death.”

We started off correct but somewhere on this journey we veered off course. Now we must get back on course or perish and quit playing politricks the usage stratagems and power plays on each other. Don’t you know a house divided cannot stand?

To the Saint: Quit faking you know the majority of you all do not believe in or agree with the 8^th vow, you are actually vowing yourself out of your logic and reasoning. You all know good and well your faith and trust in the leadership is shaky in this season. Saints you are obligated to stand up and speak out when your rights are violated. Stop sliding up to me like Nicodemus to say you agree with me but fail to speak out in meetings. This is not about me; this is about Yah. Stop being cowards. It appears as if I am the only one who feels this way and I and you know that is not true.

To the leadership: You need to talk with your people and not at them. You have isolated and created a fortress mentality around yourselves and relied on tunnel vision when approached with truth concerning your actions. You get so offended, but you have no problems offending others. You cannot take the punch you throw. Do you really know what is actually going down or up in the midst of your people?

I am asking questions that the Saints only dream about or are too timid or afraid of the consequences to express, but it must be said. Can the Saints ask questions? Am I going to get verbally assaulted again, as usual in public, because of my bold audacious position and dissertation on Truth and Justice? Do what you want to do, say what you want to say about me. Yah is my judge and I am making this stance in his behalf. Your battle may be with me, but your war is with Yah!! I’ll never stop defending what is right and correct according to what has been revealed through the inspired Prophets of Israel. I was born for this day and came into this world to bear witness unto the truth. If, I am to be persecuted than let it be on the battlefield for, Yah his laws,- guidelines and instructions.

It is true, at this point to strengthen the Saints and the community; this is what must be considered:

1. To lead the Saints, you must love the Saints;

2. To teach the Saints, you must reach the Saints;

3. To save the Saints, you must serve the Saints;

4. To earn the trust of the Saints, you must be true to the Saints; and

5. To endear the Saints, you must be kind and compassionate to the Saints.

NO OTHER PROCESS WILL WORK!

The quicksand of indecisiveness in matters concerning justice has brought us to this prophetic crossroad. We have been in the wilderness of the people 40 years now, and we have reached a point where we must face the hard realities of nationhood and the establishment of a righteous judicial system that will make all feel free to defend themselves without fear of retribution. This is one way to immediately stop the murmuring.

Almost anything that one in a position of so called authority reports on an individual, family or someone who is looked at in a negative manner is automatically believed to be the “gospel truth.” Perceptions not necessarily based in or on truth are believed and moved on without the accused being able to form a defense. I personally have been the victim of this on several occasions and so have many others. No questions asked, just moved on a skillfully exploited situation. What a ridiculous sham! I have always been straight up about truth and anyone can approach me in the spirit of Truth.

If laws are being ignored, then there is a crisis in leadership.

I must refer back to your teachings in "Crisis in Leadership" and "The Indicator Panel."

"Where a people are is relative to who has been leading them. Where a people are deciding to go is relative to who will be leading them. The problem is not the followers; followers have been following someone, the problem of our people stem from misguided leadership." Your illustration in your dissertation gives an example of security surrounding a president. "Security is the perimeter around certain individuals like the president. He has security around him because he is vulnerable. Whenever someone gets to the president, they don't go to blame the president what they check is the perimeter of security. Leadership is suppose to be the perimeter of security that protects the people. If there are holes in this security, we will be addressing the same problems for years to come. If things are deteriorating in the midst of the people we must first check the breech in the perimeter of security because the people are vulnerable. Once we have a strong wall of security, then we can go in and address the internal problems. There must be new visionary leadership. When you see something going wrong, you must first go and check the indicator panel. The indicator panel reveals who is leading the people right and who's leading the people wrong. Some indication as to who's leading you or not. You want to know who's leading the people right or wrong? Just check the indicator panel."

Anyone that cannot see that there is a crisis in leadership and in the administration of justice is living on an undiscovered planet.

The true test of a leader is his ability to inspire people to turn words into realities, passion into action, dreams and thoughts into substance. Leadership can only succeed if they take their people with them.

We have been taught diligently all of these years, and some of us have applied ourselves to intensive study. However, when your teachings are used to expound on Truth that may not be favorable to some and expose them, remember the old saying “the truth hurts” , when you cannot, or refuse to accept it.

Comments such as: “It is not timely,” “who do you now think you are, for applying your teachings” “I won’t be inquired of by you,” and “you are creating controversy and stirring up the people,” or “you are a trouble maker.” These are intimidation tactics used in public to frighten the people into silence, machinations and stratagems purposely insinuated to keep a position of power and control, and avoid addressing the subject and immediate situation at hand. It is a device to simply play you off, ignore you or space on the issue, thinking that you will forget, be intimidated to defend yourself or others or just leave it alone. These are tactics used to level against anyone attempting to stand for truth.

I am dismayed and out done at the thought of a sister with no husband that reaches out for help concerning an immoral violation against her son, and she receives only ridicule, negative insinuations and scorn and then to add insult to injury she is accused of lying by a community appointed spokesperson and government official who then tells a lie in a national news article saying her and her son knew of this for years and she just said something recently about it to discredit the community. Shame on you, shame on you for your lies and attempted deceit, and then you attack those who supported her. What about the victims of this criminal and their families? What is the measure of the healing balm for them? Why is this criminal being protected? WHY, WHY,WHY, is this an unsolved mystery! What if it was your child? Are the families just to get over it? Suck it up? Just forgive and forget what? And the criminal is shown compassion and mercy after many transgressions; while the victim has been ostracized. There is so much concern for his family, he made the conscious decision to be a pervert with no concern for his own family, I can remember when it was said “you can take your family and go” on more than one occasion. The time is never off to address wickedness. The judgments are already set in the earth. What does Yah say concerning the widow and the fatherless?

“Cursed be he who perverteth the justice due of the sojourner, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.”

“Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.

If thou afflict them in any way, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry;

These are not my words, but the words of Yah, the God of Israel. This is why there is an urgent and immediate need for a “Ministry of Justice.” Doesn’t Truth have the inherent power to produce the promised effect?

You should not have armed us if you did not expect us to use our weapon wherever, whenever, or on whomever. “THE TRUTH IS OUR HIGH HOLY AND SACRED WEAPON.” Israel is on record for loving to hear smooth things, Isaiah 30:10.

The Holy Spirit is never on hold or standby. It moves at Yah’s command and does His will. Using whomever He pleases. The Holy Spirit can move on anyone willing to stand for Yah and access its power. This is a path few dare to tread. It is not a popular position to take, but it must be done. It can be hazardous and sometimes full of danger.

I know for a fact that the above writings are true. What spirits are going to be activated depends on Yah’s need for them in the required season. My mind, hands and spirit are being guided by the Holy Spirit to stand for Truth and Justice. Yah is not a respecter of persons and Israel is for signs, seasons and wonders.

The Kingdom has done many, many great things and has achieved more than humanly possible on this great journey. However, in the Department of Justice and the administration of, we have gone backwards.

Recommendations to Abba: You are invited and requested to come out to check on the well being of your people, and see and hear their concerns and let them speak to you openly not just for one day but on a regular basis; so you will really understand the legitimate concerns and aspirations of your people and not have to receive it from 2^nd and 3^rd hand sources. Even Moses as powerful as he was, became overwhelmed with the problems of the people. His spirit had to descend on 70 elders to assist him in order to ease the burden and stress of the wilderness that the Hebrews placed on him. I am positive these were men of great understanding and men of truth.

This is the only way to straighten out the many pressing situations in our community. You need to talk to every family in the Kingdom no matter what their present status may be. I am sure you would be amazed at the things that have been hidden from you that created their mindset, and the false perceptions you have of certain individuals and families given and reported to you by those whom you trusted with our lives. The trust they have often violated, “maybe you already know, and maybe you don’t.”

Blessed, Holy, Sacred, consecrated, Hallowed imply possession of a sanctity which is the object of veneration, Holy refers to the divine, that which has its sanctity from God or is connected to Him.

Decree – 1. An ordinance or edict promulgated by civil or other authority. 2. A judicial decision or order. 3. One of the eternal purposes of God, by which events are foreordained. 4. To ordain or decide by decree.

How can there be an Holy Decree or Edict sent forth without the right of Due Process being extended to the subject of that Decree? Therefore, if a decree goes forth without the right of Due Process, it is not a holy decree it is an unholy decree, we have a Yah given right to reject it and not abide by its dictates or stipulations since our rights have been violated, in an unjust manner, is this a presumptuous sin or violation? Regardless, there is no excuse after 40 years.

In respect to your comments about leadership:

The primary reason that I have always given for not coming back into the nation's orbit, is my lack of respect for its leadership. Don't get me wrong when I say lack of respect, because I don't mean it in the general sense. What I mean is respect for their judgements in many instances. During my years as a priest of the nation, I had many an occasion where I was obliged to challenge the injustices of its leadership. In many cases, they were corrected, as I'm sure many of you can still recall, for some of those judgements, to which I refer, involved you and your loved ones. The ship has entered troubled waters and the captain need heed the warnings of its passengers. Otherwise, the consequences will be "Titanic."

In these last days of this dispensation, those Saints who understand the true essence of our commitments to the establishment of God's kingdom here on this planet, must remove the veil of self-deceit from their own eyes. Crimes, such as the one which Zarakeyah, acknowledges are classified as "abominations" according to the laws of God. The sound of the word is always accompanied by my recollections of Abah Gadol's use of it. Anyone who has ever heard him use the word, in context, knows exactly what I mean, because it would be uttered at the top of his voice and (most times) reiterated his disgust for such actions. My question is this: Why is it being tolerated at all in the midst of the Sainthood? Is it that Zarakeyah has some intrinsic value, unknown to us? Or could it be (by all indications) a cover-up? If it's a cover-up, my suggestion is that the Holy One of Israel follow his own mandate:

"My question is how the judges or the Priests can pass on a sentence of judgment if they do not know the laws, statues and ordinances of Yah, and refuse, to respect persons in judgment or lack strength to invoke due process? That means we are not obligated to their bias decisions.…I must magnify the importance of the law of Yah under the new covenant with the Sons of Yah coming out of the captivity or exile. The law of Yah has to again become the guiding light of the apparatus of government, society and the lives of men.”

We are to be a nation of priests. Simply stated, the laws, statutes and ordinances of the God of Israel must be seared into our minds and hearts. That understanding must be seen in our daily doings and elevates us above men, for "Know ye not that ye are Gods?"

A well meaning brother sent me a rebuttal to my stance in this matter, stating his belief that I had used the great one's words, inappropriately, in the content of my message. Well, my errant brother, here are some more words for you to consider: "99 and a half won't do! Oh! - No! No! (The Spirit of Israel).

I know that you are in pain about your children; all those that love the kingdom are. And trying to attack me for something that occurred way back then is a tactic to distract you from your own responsibility as their father for physically abandoning them. And the tactics being used to make the Kingdom responsible are the same thing. As a former priest who was privy to the overwhelming amount of social issues we faced back then, who did you think was that highly elevated to tune into the well being of your children more-so than you would have or should have? Did someone actually agree that they would watch over your children in your absence?

Whatever stories you tell yourself now to assuage that pain and sense of responsibility, deep in your soul you know the truth. But it is best to face it and admit it or you will never move on. If you do face it and resolve it, one day you will thank me for telling you this instead of saying it behind your back. I say that out of genuine love. So don't get angry with me or the Kingdom - get angry with yourself and then fix it.

The blessing of the Kingdom is that it is redemptive in nature; nothing is fixed in stone. What happened to your children can be fixed, because it is the spirit that gives life. What happened to you can be fixed if you submit to the process. We give away too much of our personal power when we believe someone else has power over our lives. If you believe that someone has that power they will have it.

So come back to us, Tsadakeyah, in spirit and in truth. Whatever purpose you were chosen to perform in Yah's kingdom is still awaiting you. There is a way to be effective in achieving the change that you and others may desire to see, but this way is not it.

My Response: "I Shall Return!"

I know you. In fact, I know many members of your extended family, all of which I hold in high esteem. That is true regardless of their human failings, for I realize that we all have some. I left my children with their mother, specifically because she remained in the Kefar. I emphasize Kefar because my understanding of the nation is not limited to the Kefar. For your information, I have never left, nor considered myself as one leaving the nation. I left the control of its leadership. My reasons for making that decision was to prepare to perform a vow I gave to the elder prince years ago. Any of the senior priests can explain what I'm referring to. Thereafter, you will have a clearer understanding about who I am.

In respect to the incident I mentioned: That went just like I said. That was all I was exposed to about it and I only brought it up to make a point. That point was/is that I considered you responsible for what happened to my son as much as you feel I am. I raised many Saints children - whole families in some cases - in bayt 400. I also cared for the widows and the poor much better than the Ministry of Economics. That's where all that wine kesef went that they took control of back with the wine commission. Prince Eleazar gave me control, along with his cellar, expressly for that purpose. I was passed his proverbial "brown paper bag." That's another point any of the senior priests can give you some clarity about. I am a Man of Valor, "beloved of the people," and I love them too!
