I have a small shitzu/ yorkie mix thats obsessed with my bunny. Is it ok to let them hang out? The dog is very protective of our bunny and wont let the cats come near. Can they be friends?

I have a pet bunny, I also have two dogs that LOVE bunnies, not in a good way. I always make sure to keep them as far away from the bunny as possible, and it's working out fine. I was just wondering if your bunny needs exercise once in a while. True?
