The Health Benefits of Juicing

There are many who would state that God created the whole fruit or vegetable to be eaten, and therefore juicing can't be good for you. But to the contrary, juicing your fruits and vegetables can be very beneficial to your body.

Our bodies require that we eat at least 1 pound of vegetables for every 50 pounds of body weight. That's a lot of vegetables and most people don't find the time to eat that many. But with juicing it makes it fast and easy to consume the daily requirements.

Also when juicing we tend to use a larger variety of vegetables—some which we wouldn't consume otherwise. This helps to ensure we get all the vitamins and minerals we need.

One of the main benefits of juicing is that the juice doesn't pass through the digestive system but goes straight into your bloodstream where all the nutrients are absorbed immediately.

Freshly squeezed juices contain beneficial enzymes also known as proteins, they are high in vitamins and minerals, and contain high levels of antioxidants.

All these nutrients work together to increase the metabolism which helps in weight loss.

Energy is restored and increased. Bones and teeth will become stronger. Muscles will tone up and won't be as stiff.

Juicing helps to clean the body from the inside out; the blood, liver, and gets rid of cellulite faster than any other food or drink.

Fruit and vegetable juices act as an anti-aging remedy by getting rid of all the free radicals which overtime cause wrinkles and other damages to the skin and muscles. They clear up the pores to prevent and cure acne and black-heads.

By drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juices and staying away from other junk food one can prevent just about any sickness or disease imaginable. Anything from the common cold and depression to asthma, poor blood circulation, heart disease, arthritis, and even cancer can be avoided when consuming the recommended amount of fresh fruit and vegetable juices every day.

For those who are sick, these juices can help to recover faster and even cure diseases which modern medicine has no cure for.
