The importance of a bowel movement, came to me this morning during my morning poop. As I began to ponder its importance, as to the quality of life without the ability, my thoughts began to roam wild. Think about this if you will. Can you imagine your life without it?
I think this photo to your right by Tim Hamilton, best fits this situation. Here we see a guy named Jimmy, his muscles all distorted, butt cheeks clinched, with a forlorn impression of pain, insecurity, confusion to what is about to explode from his body. Frankly speaking Jimmy has to poop. It's quite evident that Jimmy needs to poop real bad! I personally relate to ol'Jimmy Boy's conundrum. I've seen it. I've seen it within myself many, many, many times before. There isn't a doubt in my mind that I've not mimicked this same, exact expression. So similar are we, one would think I was a full size replication. The most simplistic mirrored image. Not only have I impersonated Tim's drawing times before, my own personal experienced seems to know no bounds. And you? What has your daily lifestyle remitted itself to this view?
In pondering this new source of thought, I discovered that I best fit this image during great movements of stress. Stress weighted inside my gut, twisting, turning, and churning some more. With beaded sweat residue dormant upon my brow. "Damn it to hell it's not ready yet!", I say to myself as I am seated and straining over the added purging pressure. "How will I ever make it?", I ask myself comprehending the fated deadline looming against my backside now. Fully recognizing the beasted bully's speed and the severity if I fail and let it pass me by. My bottled up constipation could use some release. Soon I remind myself- soon.
- Normal Bowel Movements
Many people do not know what a normal bowel movement is. There are gradations of normal, and every person is going to have different bowel habits. - "Chapters"

The Ever Changing Bowel Movement
Regular defecation activity is entirely unique process between humans. No one bowel movement is alike. It is as unique fingerprint, ear lobe or dental records. Each persons poop varies from the next. However the medical science community has been able [through research] to divide certain types and textures, consistency and frequency into distinctly separate categories.
Located below are several indications that
a bowel movement is abnormal. These signs and conditions were copied and pasted from a medical site.
Blood. Frank blood in the stool is never normal, and could be a result of several conditions that range from mild, such as hemorrhoids, to serious, such as infection or colon cancer. Bloody stools should always be evaluated by a physician.
Black stools. Black, tarry stools with a foul odor can be the result of eating certain foods, taking iron supplements, or possibly from internal bleeding.
Red or maroon stools. Red or maroon stools could be from something benign, such as eating red colored foods or it could be caused by several different conditions including hemorrhoids, anal fissures, colon polyps or colon cancer, diverticular bleeding, or inflammatory bowel disease.
Green stool. Green stool may be caused by green or artificially colored foods, iron supplements, or decreased colonic transit time.
Pale or clay colored stools. Stools that appear pale or look like clay could be the result of lack of bile salt (which gives stool a brownish color), antacids, barium from recent barium enema test, or hepatitis.

The Other Bowel Movement
Stress is freely brought upon ourselves by the life choices we make. The constipated stuffing of emotional energy increases the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney failure and stroke. Stress can increase the acute onset of life threatening health risks, 3 to 1. Even hair loss, advanced aging and drastic weight changes in humans, can occur during events where advance, emotional overload is present. When referring to stress, it is imperative that our bodies are regularly purged of this diabolical, ticking time bomb. There is truly not much difference between the two types bio-hazardous rubbish.
The body is an amazing machine. Many of us can not imagine our lives with a regular, daily bowel movement of excrement. After a period of time, the human body automatically tells us it is time to release any accumulated toxic waste. Bringing forth moments of much needed relief when the process has been completed.
With stress it's not so easy. The human body is not equipped with a mental alarm clock to tell us it time for business. Instead the unnecessary refuse is stuffed and impeded. People can not live with out bowel movements. The toxic waste shuts down organs, inflicts unbearable pain and will kill us with in a few days. When we can no longer poop on our own, the medical research establishment invented the colostomy bag. The colostomy bag is attached to the outside of the body. Where the colon has been re-routed during an evasive, life threatening surgery.

CensorshipToday’s world is unique. In that it is an era grappled in the most serious form of controversial ironies and hypocritical censorship. We live in a world were foreplay and adult intercourse... - Arthritis of The Penis.
I never thought in a million years that there was such a thing as arthritis of the penis. It is known as Peyronie's disease. Peyronie's disease is quite easily diagnosed after a physical examination of the penis.

My brother gave my kids a children's book called, "Everybody Poops". It's what the boy pulls off the shelf every night for a story. Now why are boys so fascinated with this?
You can always recognize a mom--she's the only one who will analyze the well being of her child by the size, smell, consistency and color of her baby's poop and then converse about it with her other mommy friends. Then, the guys aren't so fascinated anymore.
Wow. Looks like this hub had been backing up inside you for quite awhile. You must feel relieved to finally get it all out of your system:-). Yes indeedy. You definitely covered the crap out of this topic. But, all in a good way!
Seriously, we tend to take our BMs for granted, but we should not.
LOL at Mighty Mom's post btw...
I do not personally experience the manifestation of a "daily bowel movement." Is it unnatural (or unhealthy) if one's bowels do not move every day--as long as they move at least several times a week?
Respectfully,
Full of Shit in Ohio
