Backpacking Journey Through Mcleod Ganj

From Delhi to Himachal the long highway has many a such DHABA's open all night, with quite the crowd all night. The cool breeze, full stomachs, a cigarette in hand and the highway infront of you, knowing the long journey has a beautiful place at the end. We reached McLeod Ganj early morning with rain pouring down the the mountains visible between the clouds.
The picture with the tag "An easy trek" was the route we preffered to take to get to our rooms, which were in between a small patch of greenery. The rooms quite affordable, but the view from the balcony was quite extraordinary as you can see in the 3rd picture.
Mcleod Ganj is quite the backpackers paradise, all kinds of food, cafes playing trance, loads of places to explore, trekking, shiva's cafe, bhaksu falls; it is quite an experience in itself.
To all the people who still havnt seen this place, I'd say its a must see.
