Ipod compatible downloads

Isn't it time you left Torrentspy alone and started downloading Ipod stuff from somewhere that wasn't going to land you in jail? It seems like 90% of the world's population has Ipods these days, and that may be exactly why the Torrentsites are so popular these days.

The thing is, not only are the torrent sites illegal, they can truly screw up your computer and your Ipod. There is little to no protection from viruses and other nasty downloads on sites like this, and unless your computer is locked up as tight as bank vault, there is every possibility that it may catch something fatal. Imagine that, your poor computer just stopping working. Not very pleasant huh?

Of course, Apple's own downloading flagship, Itunes, doesn't help matters any. To be honest, the amount they charge for downloads is ridiculous. Even though it costs them zero cents when you download something, they still make you pay a similar amount to whatever you would pay if you were buyings CDs. This is ridiculously greedy of them, and I think in some ways they only have themselves to blame for the popularity of the illegal download sites.

There is however a completely different kind of download site starting to emerge. Free downloads. They share a few traits with both kinds of sites, and basically work by charging you a fee for membership, and then giving you access to their millions and millions of downloadable files. Some say they are legal, some say not, but I have no idea personally. I think if they were illegal they would be closed down at some point, but then again I'm no lawyer!

If you can find a site like this I would recommend checking it out, but be sure not to break any laws. It can be pretty cool just to check out the amount of stuff they have for download though, it's truly impressive.

Hopefully this little rant of mine has opened your eyes a little to the state of music and MP3 downloads for your Ipod and compatible music players. Think twice before you break the law!
