The Key To Marketing & Enrollment in MLM (especially for beginners)

In my more advanced training in the past, I was taught to become a leader or an expert in the network marketing industry.

Becoming a leader can often put one in a position to be followed by others that don't possess what you have to offer.

Most people seem to be attracted to those that are more knowledgeable or have more experience than themselves. It's part of the laws of nature and will likely never change.

So for someone just recently coming into the network marketing profession.. what's the easiest, fastest and most common sense way to become someone of expertise, that others may start to become attracted to ?

The answer to this would be that you should become an expert on the product(s), services and mlm company that you joined.

Most people can study those topics and be comfortable explaining them to others within a few short weeks if they take their studying seriously.

Now I realize that becoming a knowledgeable leader in the network marketing industry makes one look more important and highly professional but doing so can take at least a year at full-time effort.

Becoming a true network marketing professional will come in time if you stay in the business and continue to study all that pertains to the industry & profession but in the beginning you should take the easier approach.

So by doing what I talked about up top, you can put yourself at an advantage over most people in this area and those that happen to have even a slight interest may be inclined to want to find out more information about your product or opportunity which leads to a second step.

The second step is to have access to at least a few important company resources or tools that can explain everything in greater details.

These resources may include: company webpages, brochures, DVD's and PDF's just to name a few.

Being prepared and quickly knowing where to direct these people when they seem to want more information, sure puts you in the drivers seat.

For one, you seem knowledgeable right from the start. Two, it shows people a good first impression. Three, by providing additional resources they will assume that you have experience and have done this procedure before.

Four, from a marketing/business standpoint, they will think that the approach in which you went through in order to get their attention and further educate them, wasn't so difficult to accomplish. The fact is that you've done nothing more than share information with them which anyone, including themselves can do with a little practice.

Let's face it.. if something seems too complicated, many people will not be interested in joining the business. But if it seems quite simple.. the possibilities are endlessly in your favor!

The fourth part is very important to those that are thinking about joining your opportunity because it's true, no one likes to come off looking or sounding like a sales person and using this technique is quite easy and non intrusive.. making it likable in the public eye.

OK, now what normally happens after they go over the additional resources is, they will be impressed and notify you how they feel about it right away or you will have to follow up with them within a few days just to make sure they looked things over and to see what they thought about it.

So depending on their level of interest you will either be able to sign them up almost immediately or you will invite them for further review by meeting with them in person, one-on-one by phone, a three-way call with your up-line or perhaps a webinar.

If they have interest but didn't show total all-out excitement, just offer more information and see what their reaction is to that idea. Whatever you do, don't be pushy or seem desperate to get them to join. The info, resources and tools that you provided them will either convince them or they wont. It's really comes down to their needs at that time.

Sometimes you will find people that have interest but they don't believe that people are actually having success at the business.. when that happens and you are just starting out you will have to get them on a call with your sponsor or your sponsors, sponsor in order to show them that success is being accomplished and that they will have other people within the organization that can help them along their journey.

Now if the person ends up not being interested after the second stage in the process don't worry about it. Not everyone you come across is going to buy from you or join you in business. That's just the way it is and don't try to fight it.

Hold on to your positive attitude and thank them for asking about your company or product and move on to the next interested person or position yourself to come across another interested person if needed.

Now if someone seems interested along the way but they don't commit right way be sure to stay in touch with them on at least a bi-weekly basis because somewhere down the line their needs my change and they will remember to go back to you.

Remember the whole idea of marketing really has nothing to do with selling. We are merely presenting the facts to others and if they feel what they've been presented with fits their situation they will let you know.

In other words.. let them sell themselves. Take the pressure and spotlight off of yourselves and just spend more time bettering yourself and building a network of people that you can position yourself with.

Try to have some fun with it, be yourself and be social without talking about your business in an unwarranted way and the rest will happen on it's own if it's meant to happen with certain people you come across.
