The Laguna Vista - Audubon Community Association

The Laguna Vista tract of single family detached homes lies within the Audubon neighborhood of city of Aliso Viejo and contains 66 homes.

The Laguna Vista homes are located on Blackbird Ln and Solitaire Ln. The tract can be reached either from El Toro Rd or Aliso Creek Rd. The Laguna Vista association does not a pool or spa but it is very close to a number of parks including the Ridgecrest Park, the Aliso Wood Canyon Regional Park and the Wingspan Park.

The Laguna Vista tract contains 3 different models of homes:

The Crescent (model 1) is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, two story home with a 2 car garage. There is direct garage access through a service entrance off the family room. All of the bedrooms and full baths are upstairs. The builder offered the option of a second story deck off the master bedroom and a patio off of the family room. This home is approximately 1,803 square feet.

The Emerald (model 2) is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, two story home with a 3 car garage. There is direct access to the garage through a service entrance off the wash room. The original builder offered three options, the conversion of the downstairs bedroom to a den; a downstairs patio off of the family room; and a second story deck off of the master bedromm. This home is approximately 2,018 square feet.

The Monarch (model 3) is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, two story home with a 3 car garage. There is direct garage access off the wash room. The Monarch was originally built with the same options as the Emerald. This home is approxiimately 2,333 square feet.
