So what's the easiest way to make a website

Method #1: Hire a Web Designer

This is the easiest method of all. Find a web design company.. Ask for their price. And make a deal with them (or don't if you cannot afford the price). Give them your ideas and let them work.

Method #2: Using CMS

CMS is acronym for 'Content Management Systems'. Just Google it for more info. One of the great and free is Joomla! This CMS will let you create any type of website with No Programming Knowledge Required! You just need to know how to buy a domain and how to buy a web hosting. Again, you can use google for Joomla tutorial or buy some of these books below.
