Triforce Chart #3

You will need to travel to Bird’s Peak Rock for this next one. It is located at E7, and you will need one or more Hyoi Pears. You can buy these at the ship shop that you see around various islands, the same place you can purchase bait.

What you need to do is shoot some of the big birds who are in their nests. You can do this from down below, or you can grappling hook the branch above the cage door then climb to the top of that, then to the cliffside.

Put a Hyoi Pear on your head, and the seagull will take it. You will have control of that seagull, so lead it to the nests. You need to bump that gull into every crystal switch, but watch out for any big birds that may still dwell there. Remember, if the gull gets hit, control will go back to you, and you will have to have another Hyoi Pear if you want to do this again.

Sometimes it helps to let the gull lure the big bird toward Link, and let him deal with it. That way, you have no obstacles getting in the way of what you want.

The cage will open, and the best thing to do now is to walk to the room, stand on the circular tile, cast Wind’s Requiem, and the chest with the Triforce Chart will appear.

Triforce Chart #4

Set a course for Diamond Steppe Island (F1), and the fish will tell you some weird thing about something that vanishes. He is referring to the Ghost Ship, and by going to Diamond Steppe Island, you can get the map to find the map that leads to it.

The only way up Diamond Steppe Island is to use the hookshot on the Palm Trees. Eventually you will come to a hole that you will need to fall down into.

You will see a cauldron, fall into it. You will then see a cauldron straight ahead of you by a torch. Use a flaming arrow or bomb to burn the lid off. There are also sticks in some of the vases nearby, and you can set fire to them with the torch, then burn the lids off. Take the aforementioned cauldron to the next level.

You can ignore the one in the corner that the black hand is guarding. You might want to use it to gain the Joy Pendant, though.

Now you will be at another place. There are two cauldrons in the corner. Defeat the hands, then burn the lid off the one to the right. Jump in.

You will then be onboard a ship. Take out all the hands and lids, and jump in the cauldron to the left this time.

Defeat the black hand and go to the chest to get the Ghost Ship Chart. You should be able to jump down into the light. You can now leave the island.

Now, you will need to check the Ghost ship map, and your Sea Chart. You will see where the Ghost Ship is, depending on what phase of the moon it is. Warp to that closest area on the Sea Chart, and sail right into the Ghost Ship. You have to do this quickly, or the Ghost Ship will move.

You will be on that ship, and you need to jump down below decks. You will then meet a wizard and one of those ghost imps. Shoot the wizard with arrows, and hit the imp with some light off your reflective shield, then dispose of him. A ladder will come down, and you should take it. Open up the treasure chest, and grab the Triforce Chart.

Triforce Chart #5

For this chart, you need to go to NeedleRock Island, located at E1. The next thing you need to do is find three gunboats nearby.

There is one gunboat that is gold, and that one contains the item that you need. However, you can’t take it without a fight. Just like the first Triforce, you will need to sink the boat with cannon-fire.

The gold boat will leave a golden ring on the sea that you can see from a distance. If you get closer to it, it will disappear. You will hear this musical sound, and you will need to lower your grappling hook to retrieve the Triforce Chart.
