Everyone can utilize the power of the sun to reduce their home energy costs, even if they are not an environmentalist. Why pay huge electrical bills each month when solar energy is free?

So what are the benefits of solar energy?

1. As stated above, it is free. The sun has been around before we were here and it will still be there long after we are gone. We can harness the energy of the sun and use it for our home energy needs. It is clean and renewable and does not pollute the environment.

2. Solar Energy systems require very little maintenance and there are no recurring monthly costs, so you can look forward to receiving a smaller electrical bill in the mail each month.

3. Many online guides are easy to follow and simple to install.

4. There are many solar appliances and accessories on the market today that can be charged by leaving them out in the sun for a day.

5. You may qualify for a rebate from your local government for reducing your energy costs and carbon footprint.

6. When the power goes out, it won’t affect you. You can decrease your dependence on outside energy sources.

7. Rising energy costs such as the price of oil will no longer be an issue. You can even heat your home with solar energy.

The only cost to you is an informative easy to follow guide and materials that can be found at most hardware stores.  If you were to buy premade solar panels, it would be very expensive, so it is a great idea to pick up one of these low cost guides and do it yourself.

I think more and more people are adopting free energy technologies for their homes and businesses. What I would like to see is a push by governments to start introducing free energy technology through the media. It's all about people versus the government versus the big energy companies.

At the end of this battle the poor fellow at the bottom has to fend for his own and go searching for the technology to attain free energy at a fraction of the cost. Thats what I am doing now.

Thanks!
