The Matrix Trilogy consists of three movies.  The first one is obviously called the Matrix.  The second one is reloaded and then finally the third one is Revolution. The last two, the time frame is back to back.  There is a bit of a time frame between the first and second movie though.

Surprising enough, this was not the very first Matrix movie I had seen. This was the second one I had watched. I had originally seen the second one first, when I was down at college. A friend of mine told me about the second one playing in the student center. I went to see it and then of course I had to go rent the first one after I had seen the second one. This is what leads me to this movie.

What if we lived in a world and didn't know that we were plugged in? If you had a chance to be unplugged would we want to?. Do You live in a world where you do not feel like you belong? This is basically what this movie is all about. Neo ends up making a choice of being plugged or unplugged, but once he made that choice, there was no backing out of it. Throughout the whole movie, it is mentioned that he is the one.

If you like Science Fiction and if you like action, you will like this movie. If you do not like this genre, then I would not suggest this movie to you. I love the movie because of those factors. In addition to these factors, they have also included philosophy into the movie. By adding that into the movie, you bring in some mystery. With each viewing of the movie, you may catch something that you may have missed the last time you watched the movie.

The Matrix Reloaded was the very first Matrix movie I had seen. Ever since then, I have been hooked on the movie. After I had seen this movie, I ended up renting the very first movie and fell in love with the whole trilogy. Shortly after I had seen this movie, the third movie was released and when it came out, I went to go see it at the movie theater.

What I had found with this movie is that there were more action scenes than there was in the original. I actually have a general idea why they did it that way. What I do know is that it did have to Keanu Reaves. There were some things that he couldn't do in the original, but was good enough to do in the second and third movie.
I think, the first was more about introducing the characters. This one had more action and this one was also the bridge to the third movie as they do leave you hanging at the very end of the movie.

Let's take a look at the very beginning of this movie. You expect to come back to where you left off on the original, but that is not the case. I am not fully sure what the time period between the two as there really is no indication as to what amount of time has transpired. What we do know is that Neo had saved a kid and had unplugged him.

When we meet all of this, Neo has returned to Zion with the ship. You see scenes where Neo is having bad dreams of losing Trinity. Apparently they have gotten closer to each other in the time period that we missed as the audience.

I am not sure what the music they play in the movie is, but I have to admit that it does give a certain feeling to the movie. It gives you the effect that the movie is on the dark side and this is what they want as the whole idea of the movie is to save Zion.

I find the acting of the characters is even better than the original. As I said earlier in this review, there is more action scenes. I think the most memorable scene is the highway scene where these twin things are chasing them all.Neo's fear does come alive in the movie. Does Neo save Trinity? You have to see the movie to find out.

Neo, Trinity and Morpheus is now back in the final Matrix movie. This one starts back up where we left off in the previous movie. They left us hanging after all and of course we had to see what happens. Neo is in between two worlds at the beginning of the movie, but eventually he makes it to where he should be.

As usual from what you expect from a matrix movie, there is definitely action in this movie. Also this one is very bloody. You blood and guts in this movie. If you don't like seeing blood in the movies, this is not for the weak at heart. I have no problem with it though.

Music is another factor in the movie. If you listen to the music, something it does give you cues about what is going to be happening.

Most of the characters in the movie have stayed the same. The first two matrix movies, the oracle was played by one person. In this one, it was played by someone else for a very good reason. If you really do love movies like this, you will like this. This movie is not for everyone though.
