Mood swings, sweating, hot flashes, insomnia and others are experiencing symptoms for many women when they reach menopause. Officially, it is considered that menopause has come when a woman stops menstruating for a year. When a woman reaches this period of her life, her ovaries begin to produce less hormones than produced before. This fluctuation in hormones must be all the symptoms of menopause. Diet and exercise - Avoid alcohol, coffee and spicy foods as they increase the heat. Make at least 20 minutes of daily aerobic exercise. This will help balance hormone levels and improves your mood and sleep.

Warm bath - Take a warm bath in the morning to relieve the heat during the day.

Kiwi - fruit is another very useful to relieve symptoms of menopause because it contains phytoestrogens.
