The Morality of Cancelling Debt

Very often, people who contact me through wealthfreedomfighters to talk to me about their debt situation are concerned about the morality of debt cancellation.

These are good hard working honest people who want to repay what they owe but become swamped and start to struggle with payments because of the greedy interest charged by the banks.

I used to be of that opinion too until I actually learned the truth of where the ‘money' the bank lends you comes from....

first of all, think about this: if a counterfeiter had passed you $5000 in notes he'd printed at home, would you spend them and then pay him back the $5000 plus interest? No, of course not because he'd passed illegitimate notes to you, an unwitting participant in his fraud.

Also, legally, you would be under no obligation to pay him (or her).

Now, lets consider how the banks lend you ‘money' on your credit card. You sign a credit agreement for a credit card with a limit of $5000 and the bank turns this agreement into a ‘promissory note', and opens an account in your name with the $5000 which they have just created out of thin air!

The banks do not use other people's money to fund your credit cards, there's not enough money in the system to pay for all the credit we live with. No, the banks CREATE the ‘money' out of thin air.

You then use the credit card and they ask you to pay back something that didn't exist prior to your signing on an agreement form. In fact the most valuable part of the transaction is actually your signature.

And not only do they ask you to repay something that didn't exist, but they also ask you to pay interest on it!!!

So who's morality is in question here? Now do you understand why you should get out of a corrupt banking system? Especially when even the bankers own experts are predicting that the credit bubble is in imminent danger of collapse.
