For many people the Mustang is considered to be an American icon. It is one of the few types of cars that has been able to hold its ground since it was first conceived. Although it has undergone numerous facelifts it still stays true to the things that make it identifiable. Like the horse that sits on the front grille and the unique design of the headlights.

Throughout the years Ford has produced many different models of the Mustang. Some of these models were for fundraiser purposes and to show the people that they want to make a difference. One of the most common of these is the Warriors In Pink Mustang. This was a symbol of the fight against cancer.

However, there are still other models that were built not for any specific purpose except to become famous and to outsell any other muscle car that dared to challenge it. One of the most famous of these models is the Mustang Bullitt. This unique model has been around for quite some time and has progressed with time.

It is still built with a powerful 4.6L 3 valve V8 engine that gives it the ability to push out 315 horsepower. What makes this particular model so unique is the fact that it was made and designed to match the dark green 1968 Mustang GT 390 that was driven by Steve McQueen in the movie known as “The Bullitt”.
