So what is the new RevAbs that everyone is talking about?

First of all let me tell you that it comes out in the Fall of 2009.

Rev Abs is a full body workout that targets specifically your abs. It is more than just an abdominal machine, workout, gimic. RevAbs aims to burn the fat around your abs as you deveplope the muscles inside.

Brett Hoebel is the man behind the RevAbs madness.

Brett Hoebel is a New York fitness trainer and has been for more than a decade. He is known for training athletes and celebrities, but more importantly for training thousands of regular people like you and me.

He has designed the Rev Abs workout differently then any abdominal workout that is out on the market.  Typically ab workouts are full of fluff.  Claiming you can have incredible abs by sitting on the couch and being shocked all day.  Yeah, you know the one I'm talking about.

Why is rev abs different?

Brett Hoebel understands that your abdominal muscels are some of the most intricit muscles in your entire body.  Abdominal muscles are affected by every single angle of motion known to man.  The muscels are in the core of your body, meaning they experience rotation, twisting, bending, turning, extension, stretching, etc etc etc. 

You need an abdominal workout that is geared around every movement that your abs are capable of. 

That is Why the Rev Abs workout attacks your abs from 6 different directions with 6 different muscle burning techniques.
