The Nobel Peace Prize - Give Me A Chance

Does Barack Obama deserve the Nobel Peace Prize?
The Nobel Peace Prize 2009 - The Big question being asked Americans Today. There was even a poll. Did you take time to Vote? Lets stop to do some logical thinking.
History was changed forever when The First black President was unanimously voted into the office of President. Whether you or I voted for him - he still won the vote. He now holds the honorable position as President of the United States, with that position should come respect and honor from Americans.
We may or may not agree with the decisions he makes, but as people of this great nation we owe him the chance to prove to us, that he can begin the recovery of the United States of America. Our land of freedom.
One has to wonder why anyone with the world economic crisis as it is - would want to be president, and yet we should be grateful that someone is willing to take on such a tremendous undertaking, and not only him but his family as well.
The unfair criticism of some in our great nation is disgusting, Barack Obama and his family deserve the chance just like you and me to prove ourselves worthy. He inherited a huge crisis when he took office, even in four years it won't be easy to see major change, if we are headed in a better direction then maybe once again he may be elected, and if not someone else will.
In the meantime, we are One Nation under God - citizens of the most powerful - wealthiest country in the world. We would do well to remember the Declaration of Independence written
almost entirely by Thomas Jefferson so long ago. Thomas Jefferson set a great example in respecting others. Isn't Respect something we must give, before we can receive it?
As Barack Obama heard the news, he was humble enough to question if he deserved to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize of 2009. He took no honor for himself instead he declared - it belongs to everyone who has fought for justice and peace, it belongs to the men and women of America who work so hard to make our world a better place. He made it his personal "call to action." What more can we ask from our President than this? Lets work together to unite this great country and keep it the great nation it is.

This is a great article. I completely agree. I may not agree with everything President Obama says and does, but I support him. We voted him in - now let's see what he can do!
