The Network Marketing Secret

How strange that there are so many network marketers, affiliate marketers, social marketers who think that they conquered Internet, who put motivation and interest into their online networking business, network marketers who spent a lot of money in order to get their business off the ground - and the statistics say that only 3% of them make a living from it.

Why ?

All of those network marketers heard and learned about their Marketing Plan, especially made for their direct marketing business. They know exactly how it works and what they have to do and only 3% make a living from it ?

All of those network marketers are reading or listening to personal development books or audios from Napoleon Hill to Jim Rohn and Robert Kiyosaki. What about the burning desire changed into an idea, brought up to conscience, focused and converted into action ? What about smart goal setting ? What about all financial problems solved and a happy MLM life ?

What about best social marketing, Twitter and Facebook and all the rest of the social sites that allow establishing a network in a few seconds ?

Is there a general solution for all of those enthusiastic network marketers ? I do not think so.

Ann Sieg brought a change to the MLM world with her ebook The 7 Great Lies Of Network Marketing, exposing all the hypocritical behaviour and rules of many network marketing businesses. That was a first step.

The second step was that she demanded sales and marketing training for all network marketers. No, I am not talking about the monthly success training meetings where all sing and dance happily and some gurus of the 3%-group tell their success stories and where the rest (97%) charges motivation and once finalized the meeting everything continues as unsuccessful as before.

Ann Sieg required marketing and sales knowledge for network marketers. She changed the slogan that anyone can do MLM.

In the third step, Ann Sieg founded her Renegade University in order to provide the required marketing and sales training for network marketers online. Magic. A combination of network marketing businesses and Internet marketing training. Being able to distribute your product or recruit other network marketers to your group ONLINE means supersonic duplication, MLM lead generation, network marketing list building.

In a fourth step, Ann Sieg built joint-ventures with other outstanding MLM coaches like Mike Klingler, Kevin Thomas, David Garfinkel and a lot more, providing more training for network marketers – and the MLM success rate of 3% still does not go up.

And apart from the RenegadeUniversity and Marketing Merge there are many MLM Online Training Centers supporting network marketers to take their business to the next level.

So is there a general solution for all of those enthusiastic network marketers ? I do not think so.

Every network marketer to whatever MLM business he or she might belong, have to find their own way to make their MLM business work. The Marketing Plan, the personal development media, the sales and marketing training courses, even the motivational success training seminars are a part of it, of course, they are more or less important guides and a help to take your business to the next level.

But it will be you who will have to give the essence to your business, the human touch. Years ago, during one of the hundreds of singing-and-dancing-success-seminars of my network marketing company, I once heard a sentence of one of the 3% gurus: “You have to care for people.” And I thought: ”For you with your worldwide network and huge income it is easy to say so.”

And I was wrong. Because Blake Morgan created the network he has today because he cared for people from the beginning, he communicated and he connected with them. (No Internet back then). You will not find this sentence on his website today and it is ever so important.

The human touch. And it must be heartfelt and sincere. Because network marketers are persons who want to attract other persons to their business.

This is a detail many of us forget in the daily hectic traffic on the Internet anthill. To provide value means to provide value to other human beings and to combine your business with your entirely human attitude.
