The P90X workout is a sham!

Anyone who subscribes to the fact that the P90X works is probably right.
However, you can achieve the same results for much less moolah.
Let's take a look at what you get when you order the P90X kit:
1. A nutrition PLan.
2. 12 dvds.
3. And a bonus! What would a scheme to make money be without a bonus! Congratulations, you get a calendar..... And FREE online support tools.
Wait, what? Free? so I should be able to get those without paying for this scam? Nope. you gotta shell out a whopping $140+ just to get a nutritional plan, and 12 dvds.
Speaking of the nutritional plan, how hard is it to eat healthy? Just quit going to freakin' Quizno's and go to subway instead. Stop ordering that Big Mac and get a Salad.
Guess what? It's not hard to eat healthy, especially if you are doing it right! When you eat healthy carbs or get those filling calories, you feel great!Of course, all you gotta do is a little research and BAM! you got your very own diet that works.
"But what about the DVDs? Won't they help?" Nope. NOPE. and NO!
Seriously, look at all the muscle groups they have for each DVD:

Take a quick look over the freakin' "categories."
Half of them are duplicated! That means that "arms" are already included on another DVD (that is, if it's just one other). Not only that, you would be able to find plenty of muscle-building workouts by doing a quick google search for the target area you want to build.
The other problem I see with this workout, is that it's not hitting every muscle. Only the "hot" muscles that most people want to work on. You know? The biceps, the chest, the legs and the abs.
P90X is forgetting some of the most important muscles groups, such as:
-forearms
-neck
-calves
-lats
-traps
Just to name a few. Sure, the P90X might hit some of these, but you can't ignore every single muscle group. Otherwise, you aren't going to have a good all-around symmetric look.
The downside of P90X
Take a look at the above video on the P90X.
As you can see, alll this fellow did was lose weight!
That's great if you want to lose weight, but there are tons of easier ways to lose weight, and cheaper too!
Congrats to that guy in that video for losing weight.However, ask yourself this, "Is losing weight worth $140?"
You should say no!
If you have $140 to blow, then ask yourself this, "Do I have 90 days to dedicate myself to this stinkin' workout?"
If not, then why waste the money as well? Why waste 2 weeks of your time when I did it in 14 days? That's 2 weeks. Not 3 months or 90 days.
P90X is a sham because, if you got off your lazy fat butt and went walking everyday for 90 days, and ate healthier, you would lose the stinking weight.
(I can't go into another long-winded post about how to lose weight, so just mosey on overhere.)
Will P90X work for you? Probably.
Will my simple, fast, free program work for you? Probably.

The difference between the guys who came up with P90X and me is almost nothing. The only difference is, they want to swindle you out of your hard earned greenbacks, whereas I, an average American, want to help you out. So, here's my advice: go to the gym, workout, eat right, and think right.
Before you workout, make sure you do your research on proper technique. Then work hard and persevere.

I have a confession to make, well not really.
I talked to one of my workout buddies today who essentially agreed with me on the P90X workout.
However, he did state that the P90X had a good Abdominal workout regiment attached to it.
The two best ab workouts in he P90X system.
The ab workout pictured to the right is the first workout you do. This can also be done with a medicine ball between your lower legs or feet.
The second ab workout takes place on a bench.
You lie with your butt on the end of the bench and legs hanging off. You will keep your legs straight and position your hands just behind your lower back- gripping the bench.
To do a rep you bring your legs up and chest forward, keeping your legs pointed straight out.

Thanks for the comment Dave, I see from this page that is a lot of money for something that can be achieved with much less payout. We grew up on a farm and never had any use for plans like this. But yet I am promoting a healthy food diet with little or no exercise. http://snoopys-store.com
