With that number being so high, it is no wonder their is a over whelming amount of diet products on the market today. Unfortunately for us the consumers, the number of products that actually work is a mystery. A mystery that we the consumer perfer not to solve on our own, the reason why is the expense. Some weight loss products out there can be quit expensive. The cost of trying them is one thing, but to find that it dose not work (for you) is quite another. Then you still want to lose weight so you try anonther product. Then the expense can be quit suggnificent.
Now these are only the supplements that I am refer to here.What about the equipment?

Now let's consider exercise equipment which is also being sold at stores, in magazines, on TV infomercials and of course online. Again the same thing applies, the overwelming amount of products avaiable. The cost of some equipment can be extremely expensive. I am not saying the equipment itself is not worth the money, but that a lot of people can not afford it. But again the same mystery applies, and that is we don’t know if they truly work or not.
One thing about equipment is if you do not use it, it will not work. So for the most part use it and lose it, it is up to you.

To lose weight you have to diet and exercise.
In order to lose weight we do need them both,a good diet program of some sort, be it pill supplements, or a diet plan or program. Along with exercise, you do not have to buy all the fancy equipment out there, though it would be nice, we all can not afford it. But you can exercise in many different ways. Any moving at all is better then nothing at all. And of course if you do a routine of some kind everyday that would be even better. Agian that would be up to you and your enthusiasm to lose weight.
As for the exercise,
I find walking to be the perfect exercise, all you need is a decent pair of tennis shoes. You can walk around the block, or walk around a track. That does not matter, just walk for 30-45-60 minutes a day. Start slow and build up to 60 minutes and you will be losing weight faster, and faster. It works. It will work with your whole family as well, they can walk with you in the begining, but eventually you will lose them because you will be wallking to far for them to keep up with you.
Many people walk as a hobby, and is one of the best forms of exercise.
