Eat the right kinds of food!

Eating the right kinds of foods or in Spanish, "alimentos para bajar de peso rapidamente", will help you in not only achieving the perfect pair of abs, but in having a nutritionally sound diet. To get a flat stomach you need: aerobic exercise, strength and core exercise, and the right diet. It´s important to consume enough fiber and water. You should include in your diet whole grain cereals, non-fat dairy, fruits and vegetables, beans, lentils, and a small amount of fish and chicken. Some other great foods are:

  1. Olive oil: Olive oil is a monounsaturated fat. These fats, if used in place of others, can lower your risk of heart disease by reducing the total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in your blood.
  2. Brocoli: It has a good amount of folic acid and iron which can help prevent anemia.
  3. Prunes: Prunes are rich in potassium which helps in eliminating toxins through urine, it helps maintain an adequate heart rate and blood pressure.
  4. Berries: Berries contain a good amount of soluble fiber and vitamin E.
  5. Lean cuts of meat: Because of their high iron and protein content, lean meats are an essential part of a diet.
  6. Fish: Salmon and tuna contain Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. Extensive research indicates that omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and help prevent risk factors associated with chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and arthritis.
  7. Nuts: Studies on people who eat nuts as part of a heart-healthy diet have found that nuts lower the LDL, low-density lipoprotein or "bad," cholesterol level in the blood. High LDL is one of the primary causes of heart disease, so nuts' ability to lower LDL cholesterol seems to be quite beneficial.
