The Political Race For Failure

I listen to people talk about thier view points on Politics, and how each side views the other as ignorant, uninformed, and out of touch. Well both sides are right to an extent. Since the American economy has taken such a hit in the last 8 years, voters are eager for change. We want results and we want them now. That is going to be a very tough plate to fill. The Republican Party does not want the responsibilty to land on them when the impossiblity of economic reconstruction falls short of the publics expectations. The Democratic Party also does not want to pick up the overwhelming task of economic restructuring for the same reasons. The Candidate that secures his spot as President of the United States whether it is Republican or Democrat, that party is going to take the brunt of the disappointment, discontent, resentment and the scurrilous accusations of a nation that remains in economic instability come next election. So, logically which ever party wins the next 4 years of office. Is likely to fail no matter how much they try to overcome the challenges of repairing the nations depleated economic structure. So, neither party wants the label of incompetence. They would both like to sit this election out. Republicans especially, seeing as if they had yet another candidate in office who quite frankly would be a disappointment to say the least. (I am a republican so it pains me to say it) They might as well not even have thier party on the ballot for 2012. Because the American public will be so dissolutioned by our goverment's lack of economic reform that the restructure of the public oppinion for Republican leadership will be at an all time low.

Unfortunately, the Democratic party under estimated Obama and his public appeal. He is very much an individual who wants to address the nation's problems. I thought that his campaign was more about resolving issues, than outlandish mud slinging. Even though I am republican I have to view the facts for what they are, who has the better plan for rebuilding our national economic standard? Who is more rational in thier approach to national security? Who would be more suited at foreign public relations? I want answers I want FACTS. I don't want to hear about "Joe, the plumber", "Salley the waitress", blah, blah, blah, I don't want anymore of those sympathy speeches on: The average "Blue Collar" folks, and how much McCain and Palin relate to us. How they are "for the "Average Working Class" How demeaning does anybody else find those heart felt comments? I for one find those little condensending speeches to be a BIG pile of crap. I don't want to hear outlandish statements made against the opposing party or crap about people that dont exsist. I want facts! I want answers that make sense! I want security in competent leadership! I feel sorry for Obama if he is elected, I don't feel that he will be given the chance to prove his ability within 4 years. As we all know it took 8 years to fall this far..... It is going to take at least that to climb back up. McCain has run for the Republican nomination twice. And did not succeed. Does anybody else find it odd that he is now in a position of Presidental Office? He lost twice!....... and that was in his younger years. Think about this........ Why would the Republican party put someone who couldn't make it through the republican nomination two elections in a row? Why would they then allow him to pick a Vice President Nominee like Sarah Palin? I mean come on!!!! What do they take us for stupid? They didn't have anybody more quilified? Anybody that was more stable? Someone that was at least somewhat competent? Out of all of those People out there with the intellectual apptitude that it takes to climb thier way through the political ranks of Washington D.C. there wasn't anyone else that was more quailified? Yeah right! The Democratic Party thought that Obama, would never get elected. Too much social animosity. Unfortunately, we like to get our news hand fed to us. We hear something on T.V. and without checking the facts behind the statement we assume that it is true. The undermining technique of social marketing could not have been more contrite. Even if you refuse to see the intentional negative campaign initiative, which was to throw the campaign. So which ever Candidate was elected this term, there party would not be elected in 2012. That means whoever is elected 2008 is going to have to work harder than any President has ever had to do to get our economy to the Nations Standards. His popularity with the people will have to be of majority acceptence, in order for re-election of that party. I could be wrong......... But, I don't think so.

I'll be glad when the election is over. So many negative things have been said, it's time for the winner to step up and be a winner and follow through with their big promises. We'll see. . .

We should be able to hold them to the standards they preach, and to the promises they have made.
