Introduction - From Flippin Burgers to Flippin $ites

The Colonel's Secret Recipe

Pay attention friends/fans, I'm going to let you into my world, a part I don't really talk about much mostly because until recently I couldn't. This hub will show you how to get your hands on the Colonel's secret recipe to making money online (or anywhere else). In the next several paragraphs I'm going to briefly break down the rules to online success, (as I've come to experience them) why most people fail before they even get started, and what is required to succeed in any market.

Based on the comments I receive on my other money making hubs many of you, like myself, have been trying to find the magic carpet of online success. I'd been looking for this since the internet was born and I was about 16 or 17 years old (I'm currently 34 going on 35).There is no solution without work, but I'm sure as I am many of you are too, willing to do the work, it's the not knowing for sure it will succeed before you end up wasting your time, energy, and even motivation on yet another bs plan.

That last part is what kills me. I fail fail fail then when I succeed, I've lost the motivation to even care or the energy to give it my all... This means that when I did find the answers it was 100x harder to apply them, and until I actually saw successes it was an uphill battle emotionally as I feared failure once again. I did however learn resilience in the wake of impeding doom motivationally....

I , like many others unfortunately, found a bunch of wasted time, money, and let's be blunt, BS products. Some weren't even good enough to steal and certainly not cool enough to pirate! It's pretty sad when you steal a product and still feel upset enough to contact the author to ask him what the hell he was thinking when he decided to sell this guide book.

The Road of Frustration is Bumpy and Driven too Fast will RUIN your vehicle

My next move was to buy the course and demand a refund if it was crap. Some companies wouldn't give a refund nor did they offer one in the sales copy, this in my eyes makes them a criminal, why wouldn't you in good conscience offer a refund if your course was worthless? Ethically you should give someone a refund if they didn't get their money's worth- period.

I was done with this whole chase actually. It was so negative and I felt the chase for online wealth was just leading to roads to hell. I found myself so angry and frustrated (angstrated?) that I was spending more time, energy, motivation, and cleverness FIGHTING the authors of these worthless rip offs that I was losing money in my other ventures because I just couldn't muster the energy (or positive attitude) to do them.

This venture you could say had flipped the polarity of my sanity, efforts, and goal... I was becoming counter productive. Ahhh the job at Wal-Mart was looking so delicious at this point.... I did only have myself to blame however... regardless of what these marketers did, it was always within my power to walk away, instead I lost my cool in a way, and revengeful thoughts dissipated my ambition. Sure I got my money back after yelling at the author in emails but what I lost was worth much more than the money I got back.

The current state of online marketing had me up in arms...

I was beyond being frustrated. I didn't have much fight left in me in this area....If the chase teaches you one thing its tolerance, patience, and how to maintain your cool - but most people don't realize these lessons, in stead they turn to the dark side. Not me.

I was staring at that go get an offline job thing again. I did a lot of freelance stuff online that paid the bills, but I never figured out how to make the big money, at least not when I was starting out a few years ago. I've been online since the internet came out but I didn't chase online money until about 4 years ago, and more seriously in the last 2 years. I learned more in this past year than the entire 10-ish years I was online

I came to realize that the very process of trying to acquire the keys to the online money making vault full of gold can be so tedious, so frustrating, so costly, that flipping burgers at Wendy's can seem like the easy way out. I came to the conclusion that the only people making serious money online (without a huge investment that is) were people comfortable with ripping people off. (This was a bad conclusion; again short lived, but frustration messes with your rational thought processes).

It's funny where you find your inspiration...

When i was about 17 working at a hole in the wall hamburger stand called Raley's Hamburgers, I was truly STUNNED how many of those people working there for at the time $4.25 an hour and $5.35 if you made management (lol) had elaborate stories of how they tried to start their own companies, one girl actually said she ran it, she had such pride in her eyes, and energy in her body language as she reminisced, but then reality slowly seeped into her consciousness (and her body language) as she returned to the present where she was scooping a greasy burger from the grill and laid it ever so skilled onto a bun.

Why do people fail? This girl had enough ambition to follow her dreams but failed none the less. it wasn't that she couldn't do it, nor is it that you or I can't do it. It's that she lacked a very vital awareness, as well as access to the right resources. Not even access but awareness of what resources were readily available.

For years her story haunted me, would I end up here? H E double hockey sticks no I won’t. Nor will you. I'm going to share my insights in this hub but I'm going to show you something that is even more valuable (so long as you do possess this knowledge). I'll cut out the fluff and just get to the point in each area. I will explain it in metaphor to assure everyone comprehends what I mean (it all goes back to people telling you to "think positive" but lack giving you insight into how to do that in your current negative charged state (which is actually the problem).

Short-Cuts - Being Prepared is the name of the game

For most people the word "shortcut" is synonymous with removing "work" and "failure" from the equation. The reality of sustained success in the online marketplace is that shortcuts (used in this way) are like kryptonite.

There are shortcuts out there, but they are impotent to one who doesn't possess experience. They work sporadically but never sustain.

"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail"

There is a Loophole to this reality. If you’re NOT using shortcuts to skip the experience, and knowledge part of the equation then shortcuts ABSOLUTELY work, in fact they can become a tool in your resource belt.

Let's dive into that one with a great metaphor from the movie "The Fast and the Furious".

Short-Cuts = Nitro

Shortcuts work ONLY in the SHORT run.

Shortcuts are used in much the same way as NITROUS OXIDE is used in a race car. If you've seen the fast and the furious then you realize that no driver uses nitro constantly (unless they want to destroy their car) and it's NOT for neophyte racers...

It's a way to get the edge in a competitive race. The problem with shortcuts are they push the accelerator down and don't account for safety nets.

Think of it like this, once they hit the button and the Nitrous Oxide enters the manifold, can you just slam on your breaks without consequences? Of course not! The experienced "driver" , however, thinks ahead because they know 20 ways to get out of trouble if need be and don't wait until a problem is obvious!

This is also how it works in the world of success. Shortcuts are reserved as ways to speed up something you don't need to do in drawn out fashion. for example, a valid shortcut would be instead of writing your own article submissions, blogs, or building your own site, you can hire someone to do that for you. In this way, the shortcut is a way to gain time leverage. Now if you never learn to build a website, write and article or blog and your webmaster or writer bails on you, you will not know how to tweak your site or check your copy (for SEO and quality etc..).

To conclude, shortcuts are tools used by those who've earned the right to use them. If you’re using them illegally, you will not only fail, you'll crash and burn. Enough said.

Resourcefulness

In hind sight, I learned that getting upset all those times, writing angry emails to marketers I felt ripped me off and so forth cost me my energy, motivation, and sent me into a downward spiral. What I should have realized was what I DID learn. I didn't realize that I was acquiring several bits and pieces of the overall plan. These pieces however alone were pretty hard to see as valuable but together they become phenomenally valuable. This is synergy in action.

It would take a guru (ironically not in the field of internet marketing, he was my miagi on the karate kid) to show me how those peices to so many different puzzles actually fit together when you "think outside the box". Metaphorically he said throw away that box with the picture on it and meditate to what each peice is and does. This sent me back into the game. It wasn't that I didn't come to this realization years ago when I was 8 tearing apart my parents electronic devices just to see how they did what they did... but I was lost, needed someone to remind me of my wits.

When I got over my anger, and took some time off, revisited my past before continuing... I came to realize something about myself.

Being the articulate person I am as well as being highly resourceful, I've realized that the secrets usually don't lay in one product they lay in finding nuggets in each one and splicing them together into a real making money concept (which only exists in the work realm by the way, we'll get to that next). I spent most of my life tearing things apart and putting them together again just to see "How" they work. I'm addicted to sites like "howstuffworks" and watching the science channel for shows with the same name and a new one called "deconstruction" where they show you how things work by breaking them down to their internal components. The beauty is that in life each of those components are universally able to fit into other devices, and thus is marketing knowledge.

Work - Discipline - Realism

Governor - Expectations

Its dam tough out there. If you make it tough. Let me explain.

I'll tell you right now from experience, and from knowing many who've been to higher platitude's I may only ever dream of experiencing, if you don't have a realistic view of success and the work involved you will never succeed and your entire trip will be problematic.

There is a common thread out there of people wanting the carriage before the horse. It's fine to have expectations but be realistic. Shoot high but don't be rigid about what you want. Account for changes in life, in what you want, and don't put yourself in such a position that you would not let go of your goal or change it to suit a realistic view of life.

Life is dynamic and your dreams should also be able to morph to include and synergize with changes in your life. If you chase after money, don't put a specific value on what you want. If you don't achieve that and you've rigidly made a goal for it, you will disappoint yourself. You will not see all you have earned say one hundred thousand dollars when you aimed for one million. One hundred thousand dollars is a huge undertaking for someone starting from burger king jobs... but you'd be surprised how many fight and work, and bust their rump, earn one hundred thousand dollars in 3 years and think they failed!

Let's think about this. Burger king paycheck for 3 years: (10.00 an hour 40 hours a week 3 years and let's not even count taxes taken out): $57,600.00 (forgive me if my math is off). Now you probably enjoyed your work more than burger king, you probably worked more hours but you earned almost twice what you would have made, your life style is twice as good... so what you didn't make a million dollars, you more than doubled your pay and lifestyle! (Take those taxes out and we're talking about almost 3x what you would have actually taken home right?

Now if your goal was to "make more money" or "double my yearly income" or "better myself" then that hundred grand would be an incredible accomplishment. That thought stream would lead you to realize "I did it, and I can do it again, and again, and again".

This one thing is the most notorious for people failing THEMSELVES...

Focus

When you are aware of certain principals you tend to focus better on your goal and efficiency. Take gravity for example. Knowing the principals of gravity you won't likely keep walking off a cliff. My concept of keeping a goal in mind then simply becoming addicted to scouring the web for cool information is based on awareness meets focus. The awareness is that your brain when focused on a topic, a goal if you will, will actually cherry pick what you read for good useful information (but you need to be conscious of the need for this information).

Always keep your goals in mind. See them in vivid imagery, and take a lesson from method actors: Do things like you've already made it, you've already achieved your goals and you’re just repeating the process (rinse and repeat). If you want to be rich, pretend you’re already rich. Have mock conversations with your significant other as if you had a million bucks in the bank and you’re seriously trying to consider budgeting it. i told my fiancé the other day "I made 20 grand this morning, I want to go get a motorcycle, you want one?" I looked like I was absolutely serious, and she couldn't even tell I was kidding. In my head in that moment, I actually felt this was real.

This causes your brain to sync up with where you "are" in this future self and your very decisions change. Think about it. How much would you do or even think differently if your goal were already a reality? If you can convince yourself absolutely that you have it, you'd have an entirely different view of life and everything you do. You wouldn't look in a magazine at a motorcycle then flip the page after a few gazes, you'd get your jacket and go buy the bike!

What makes you continue to experience success in something is that your entire mindset which controls everything else is in a DIFFERENT place. The domino effect or snowball effect really is what will instantly create your success, your recurring events to happen. This is a very powerful tool that works, but it's incredibly hard if your not a visionary in the first place. Anyone can learn to be one, and with this one tip you can see manifestation happen that feels like magic to people watching you do it. To bystanders you seem to have a certain "charisma"... and confidence. This is part focus, part visualization, part confidence. All the skills of a Wizard.

Active but Subconscious Learning

I would go online thinking first that my goal is to learn one new thing to help me figure out this make money online puzzle. As I looked around my brain would make me interested more in and would highlight topics that would possibly contain said nugget. As I subconsciously absorbed all this "fun" data in my search for purely informative reasons, my goal sat there in my memory like a pop up blocker waiting for that pop-up string in the HTML of every page that that browser loads, only this pop-up program would actually be watching for nuggets to "file" not block.

Eventually you start to accumulate enough nuggets (again subconsciously) that when a concept is found that can use all or many of these to generate your goal, you get that famous AHA! moment... And you thought those were random taps on your shoulder from god (godsend?)? Hardly.

Ambition - Lost?

When I was trying to make money online and all things crashed on me, granted I was in the wrong state of mind, I didn't see the forrest for the trees and so on.. but...The problem then became ambition... all that searching and failing although gave me the "knowledge" I needed, I'd suffered in stamina, in go-get-em attitude/mentality and there I sit chalked full of information I couldn't seem to force myself to assemble... it seemed life was not without a sense of irony huh? i was still "dressed for work" but mentally couldn't get back in the car...

Well that was a few years back actually....

I hope my story motivates you, thus far, but it gets better... I'm now going to get into the most potent year of my life where making money online is concerned.

It's pretty fascinating how my world turned around over the past year, and that I can now see miles down the road when I spent most of my life seeing through a dirty windshield and only to the next 200 feet.Let's now get into that.

I was ready and my teacher appeared...

Heres a hub I wrote on the "when the student is ready the teacher will appear" concept (what that means exactly is laid out in fascinating detail... so good several people have tried to steal my copy there to build their websites...)

I have to confess...

I've been holding out on you guys. I had to, as much as it pained me, I was bound by a confidentiality agreement as well as a personal favor not to share what I learned. I come to realize just last week exactly why which I'll share with you in a moment.

There are several hubs here about making money online, and well I've always had to keep my hubs to a basic level of information because well, most of what I'm learning from my teacher/guru I can't write about (or share with ANYONE).

I met Dave Kelly virtually (i.e. online and on a business level only) about a year ago (I've never seen him, I've talked to him online and on the phone at which time he let me into his world of making money online (I had to earn his trust however).

I've done some work for him which made me privy to some of his best kept secrets which was a bonus as he allowed me to use this information myself as long as I didn't share it with anyone (not even my own family).

Without spilling any beans I will give you a glimpse into my journey (then I'll show you how to get those beans he's carefully guarded for so many years now other than schooling a few lucky blokes like myself out of necessity (outsourcing work, promotion etc..).

Dave is not one to idly chit chat (he's simply too busy) but he's a great guy, very personable, professional, and more than willing to help his customers as well as those he sub-contracts (he subcontracts very little however to assure his secrets don't get out).

I won't go into a drawn out story of how I came up from rags to riches (because right now I'm not rich (I'm not broke either), but I'm so dam close to getting my slice of the internet pie that it's frustrating I have to wait, I'm about 6 months away from being very financially comfortable which I'll explain further down ), but I will tell you a quick summation.

I have no idea what the guy looks like but this is the image I have in my head ...
I have no idea what the guy looks like but this is the image I have in my head ...

One conversation with my Dave over the phone at about an hour long, and my entire perspective was changed forever. He even answered my questions, questions that plagued my mind for many years! You should have heard the excitement in his voice as he laid out one brilliant way to make money online that was as logical as selling real estate in the offline world. He made it look simple too, but when I actually started doing what he was telling me (for HIS sites) I saw first hand that this WAS and IS simple! The fact is it's just about awareness of what to do, what to link together, and where to acquire your resources...

This guy is self taught, motivated, brilliant, and has done for SEO what Dr. Phill has done with psychology (learned it, packaged it, and created a fool proof system that has raked him in incredible wealth- not over night mind you (at least not at first, it has to be built into but once you "learn" and make the process a habit, overnight money is VERY possible...with this particular system he taught me it's more like every 3 months you make a PHAT paycheck. He laid it out for me and the simplicity of it blew my mind. It was the aha moment of my life. The beauty? The people you will get that phat check from will think they are ripping you off, but they are getting what they pay for in spades.

Now I realized how it worked, and at least one path to success. I started working on it but was missing some information I'm sure he knew I'd find on my own and be the more efficient for doing so... (baby steps help you to not overwhelm yourself right?)

Over the last year I had been hired to write articles for Dave as well as do site promotion. I came in knowing only what I'd read online (which for the most part is sporadic facts that are hard to put together without insight)... but as he grew to trust me more (and then their is that NDA (non disclosure agreement), he started having me do more and more outsourcing jobs which he'd train me to do. Again I was blown away. I was working for money, sure, but one of my goals was to learn the business and the more I did the more I learned... it took me a year to learn enough to just get started, and I had so many questions...

I'm so grateful for what he's shown me that I sent him a copy of this hub before publishing it just to be sure "we're cool" that I didn't say too much!

One of the Founding Fathers of SEO - Dave Kelly

Now, over 1.5 years later, several conversations both on the phone and in chat/email, Dave had bestowed upon me a great deal of great information. I continued to look for information that I was missing but he was giving me the keys you just don't find in any course, or on any free information site. I actually turn to dave before purchasing any product just to make sure I'm not wasting my money! You can't buy this kind of value!

(I would have given him all that money I wasted on courses, ebooks, and the like for this one hour conversation!) I'm shocked what some marketing gurus charge for their courses and yet leave you hanging...

I was doing freelance work for him but I saw it more as paid college in a university that only me and one other person (that I know of) had access to attend. You couldn't get in there if YOU paid HIM, and here he was paying me while training me (because I had to know some of these technologies in order to do the work)!

You see Dave is very particular with who he hires, who he shares data with, and instead of risking his secrets getting out, he'd rather train someone he trusts whom is capable and whom won't take the info and run, won't blab all over hubpages or anywhere else (offline?) about what they have learned. I was lucky enough to be in the elite few. I realized quickly why he was so adamant about keeping his outsourcing circle so small...

What he knew he created, he synergized resources sure, but he was there in the forefront of creating the SEO concept itself... he is one of the founding fathers of SEO, he was there in the beginning creating what we take for granted today. His back story is fascinating.

Dave Decided to Share this Powerful Information with the world - BUT not for free (duh)

Now.... A little over 2 years ago Dave had an epiphany... He was secretly working on a tell all book that ironically details everything he's taught me in MUCH more detail, and includes things I thought he'd never tell me about...I had no clue he was working on this book, but I am tremendousely relieved he wrote it. I read it cover to digital cover in one 4 hour shot (I wanted to truly memorize every word) and it consumed me. It was the blueprint, rather the rest of the blueprint I needed!

He wrote it including MANY of his secret strategies (in just one area he makes an incredible income from)... I've actually witnessed Dave pioneering some amazing concepts and their impact on the internet marketing market, and we're talking about major players jumping on board and calling him a godsend for his vision, and ability to help THEM reach their goals so powerfully.

The very notion that he would spend time teaching newbies the most powerful strategies when he could easily grab the millionaire elite IM audience just goes to show that he is on a spiritual mission to help people, as well as build his own wealth. He builds his products for both the wealthy/experienced marketers and newbies alike and always has. Some of his high end products are pricey for the newcomer but he has a range of products that help the newbie reach those levels where they can afford them. He isn't greedy, his high end products are simply expensive because they are expensive to maintain, and are expensive to build, and although a newbie marketer may not see this right away, (lack of awareness of how things work), the elite marketers DO.

Dave's work is a force that is changing the internet potential for newbies and enhancing the capabilities of the seasoned pro. You can effectively enter his world as a newbie with his teaching materials (books, services etc..) and effectively move up to seasoned pro (much like college you start at freshman and graduate with a degree). He's acutely aware of the need for a good mix of seasoned professionals and newbies to balance out the equation. He is practically putting a dent in the advent of a new revolution where more and more people find themselves working from home. I'm not even sure if he realizes the importance of his work but that's part of the charm. He does it genuinely because he loves figuring things out, practices what he preaches (long and hard before he ever tells a soul) and is the living example of his teachings. The true mark of a guru is one who doesn't just talk the talk, or regurgitate data, a guru must live his own teaching first and continuousely.

This is the stuff you find at a 3,000 per person seminar

It's like a godsend to me because I can now share this information by proxy of telling people to about the book. I know it costs money, but in my eyes if your unwilling to pay for AMAZING information, then you don't deserve to have it, nor will you be likely to use it anyway.Sacrificing a measly 147.00 for a step by step plan, full resource intel, and full support (and nothing to buy ever again from Dave for this (other than if you want to outsource content through his site instead of writing your own articles) is a phenomenal deal.

Don't take my word for it, read this fantastic page he wrote about the book itself and what it teaches. In a way he's given away a lot of his secret right there on the sales page! This page is almost as long as the book itself but it's chalked full of information, not fluff about you can be rich blah blah blah, its actually quite interesting and I suggest anyone who doesn't want to buy the book go there and get an education... seriously!

The Marketers Are NOT Going to Like This!

I thought about telling him he's undercharging for it because what he reveals in it is going to really piss off all those jerks who have been trying to sell people half of the full deal,(and unethically telling people their course is "complete" when it only has what you can find free on the internet forums...

What's in this book is not found free online, some of the basics maybe, but not the part that will actually show you what to do. There have been many site flipping books but none have even come close to giving people useful data, a viable concept, resources (they always skip this part especially!), and support is usually non-existent who knows he may ask me to be your tech support since I'm intimately familiar with everything in the book.

in fact this one book covers EVERYTHING you need to know to generate 10k a month (it takes about 6 months to do (if you actually try), and some work/learning curve, but by the time you make that first 10k the system will be second nature and you will be outsourcing ALL of the work (if you have some investment capitol you can skip 80% of the work by outsourcing....WITHOUT losing any experience (we're talking about things like writing content and I can't discuss the rest here)...

You can access them by buying the book. It's 80 pages and I couldn't stop reading it, it's 100% pure data Adrenalin. (and 60 day money back guarantee).

Teach A Man/Woman To Fish

This book is the teach a man to fish book, only the pond is the internet. It's not get rich quick (although to me 10k a month is wealthy at this juncture and it only takes roughly 6 months if you put your heart and soul into it to attain this and more, so in a way it is a GRQ concept- that takes some work)The thing I love the most about this is that the actual part of this concept that brings in the money is already established and the "bankers" are waiting for your product! Think of it like a job, the employer already has a need for your service, so in essence he's already spent the money to pay you, he just needs to find the right person to do the job, but the money is budgeted.. you just have to show up, do the work, and get paid.

Your not inventing something here and hoping you can find a way to market it. These people want something specific and Dave has laid out what, how to build it, and even points you to who wants it NOW, they are actually quite desperate for it, and if you build it like Dave lays it out, your practically guaranteed the money. This is the loophole of profit you've been looking for. Another way I like to think of it is recycling centers are in desperate need for aluminum right? If you can gather the cans, aluminum etc.. and bring it to them in quality and quantity, they will buy it from you on the spot... this is the digital version of those cans, only instead of harvesting them, you built it, a certain way and it's actually pretty simple... I believe a teenager with basic computer skills and a decent vocabulary could do this.

An analogy closer to home is, what if I came up to you and told you (as a complete newbie) that if you built 10 hubpages I'd buy them from you for $1,000.oo, but you had to build them a certain way (very basic but following certain principals). Would you do it? Hell yes you would. each hub would only be 400 words by the way. Now the only thing you need to know is who is looking and I mean they are looking for it? he tells you that too (not hubs but these blog sites you will build).

The beauty is anyone can do it, no skills needed. Wait, some skill is needed- the skills your using when you write hubs *smiles*. If you've mastered hubpage building then this will be second nature, the only learning curve will be... wait let me think about this one.... um.... adsense... no wait you know adsense.... domain purchasing? no you know that too, oh yea, who to sell to, how to price the site, and how to look expert instantly.

When you read this book you will understand how LOGICAL it is and how powerful simple awareness and resource awareness truly is. it will actually be akin to you not realizing that you could turn aluminum in for money and someone telling you, yea, all those cans and foil you've been throwing in the trash are actually worth money...and just think, it was always right there under your nose.... awareness is incredibly valuable. Those who have insight fourish, those who don't... welll.... don't.

It doesn't take more than 2-4 hours a day to reach the 6 month goal either... As busy as I am I have 2-4 extra hours a day so I'm on it... Will update you on my progress in 6 months... Keep in mind the first part of this hub. This book utilizes just about every principal up there, and it's designed to keep you ON TASK.

Conclusion

There you have it, if you want to quit busting your rump for chump change and work at home, (like I have and will continue to do) this book is the blueprint to an amazing, and highly doable concept... (and don't quit your job just yet, it takes 6 months to get there and you'll need a few bucks for domains and outsourcing if you want to make it easy on yourself)

click here to check it out ----> He calls the book "The Profit Loophole"

I've written 139 (including this one) hubs and not once have I recommended a product, or tried to sell anything to anyone, but this book is the godsend I know most of you are desperate to find. I've read it, I'm doing it myself, and I want you to have the benefit of this awareness/knowledge... By the way, the other beauty of this concept is it is bullet proof against the falling economic times.... I can't imagine anything making it obsolete other than the internet completely disappearing! And the obvious over advertised benefit to working online is of course, you can tell your mean boss where he can stick his attitude... with this, your only boss will be those really motivated chaps wanting to hand you thousands of dollars for your efforts. The fact is that this product you will sell, the sites, are designed specifically for value (its incredibly simple) and the people these buyers are buying from right now are producing crap hence why YOUR will stick out and demand more money!

Thank you for patronizing my hubs.... as always if you have comments the comments box is in the lobby (right below this paragraph). Sorry I haven't been writing many hubs over the past year... I've been incredibly busy, and this book contains everything I've been doing...

Warning:You may stop hubbing if you get this book (at least the way you have been)... but you will have money.... aren't most of you here for money anyway?

Just to let you know I like the look of the product - the guy behind Linkvana - thats says quite a lot of (good) things to me. Def interested in this because site flipping isn't something I've got into yet but I know you can make $$$$ with it. Thanks!

That is a very interesting hub. I have not tried it either, I think I want to get something done first, but at some time I would like to try it because I have to admit that I like designing sites.

Lissie, Thank you, Dave is a great guy (and a very honest guy) and in our many phone conversations he's gone on and on about how sick and tired he is of people releasing these products that just don't do what they promise, often because the author (purposely) left something out.

He's had many people he helped in the beginning with his SEO business go out and steal his concepts, create products and claim they invented the idea, but what he had a problem with was that they didn't even steal the whole concept or just used his concepts to create a memebership site to get people to sign up for a service but once they go so many signed up they would abandon the site and just keep the money (and wouldn't support any of the people who signed up).

They would then go out and start a new site only to repeat the process. They would leave things out each time so they had a nugget to bring them back in (pretending to be someone else even).

Dave's book is the real deal I've read it and I've done many of the things in it myself working for him, its a complete package, beginning to end, from how to build to how and whom to sell it to... and he will give anyone their money back if they can't make it work (if you can't get it going in 60 days and get some aha moments as you see things click, then he doesn't want your money)...

Like I said, he discloses the systems shell so to speak in the sales copy, so when you get the book you will get basically the core of that shell and much more... I've never seen sales copy that did that so well before, but he did it. What I love is, the fact that I can't say anything about the contents due to my NDL (non disclosure agreement) but the copy says everything I want to say less the guts (which let's face it anyone serious about flipping sites for money would be more than willing to pay for.

I'd love to see you do this lissie, I suspect your already in the realm so you will especially see the value of this books indepth information. He outlines not only how to build the sites but in intricate detail about how to build backlinks, promotion and that amazing bubble chart of all of the above...

Definately keep me/us posted on your progress Lissie, if anyone can make a go of this it's you (and me hehe). If you need any help (topics, niches etc... let me know.) I use superapprentice for my site construction and basic backlinking (they have a built in network that drives phenominal backlinks to your sites, but the other things you will read in the book will show you the manual way to do it... I can show you how to automate your angela packet btw (shhh don't tell anyone about that here)...

It means alot that your on board Lissie, I have a lot of respect for you based on our exchanges, your hubs and just your attitude...

Mireille G - This has everything you need to know for site design and flipping, but it also has valuable information on how to promote your sites, hubs, anything your doing. He actually discloses his ENTIRE backlink building strategy and promotion concept in some detail...

The information is universal and although he's giving you a specific system (site build and resell after 3 months) the information within this book is universal. If you can afford it you should grab a copy and read it even if you want to do something else (worst case scenario you get it read it and if it's not your thing you can get your money back) because the insights and aha moments you will get will change your life, it changed mine anyway, but I had to wait a year and was spoon fed one piece at a time several months apart and just those pieces I got helped me tremendously.

I wish you luck in your endeavors, and at the very least read that sales page he wrote up, because that alone will give you some insight about "the business". Thank you for commenting and reading my hub, I hope my nuggets of wisdom were helpful (top half of the hub)...
