There are many diets out there and from some of them there not much too them, You don't know if half of them are really effective to losing weight such as

  • low fat
  • low Carole
  • Adkins diet
  • Low carbohydrate diet
  • ACAI berry dieting
  • tapeworm dieting
  • chocolate dieting

The rest go on and i myself have tried several of these diets, apart form tape worm dieting of course which sound very non-healthy and unrealistic,read on for the tite promises as i know weight loss is seen around the world these days as a major importance. So i wont keep your curiorisity anymore.
