61So its been Phillip Seymour Hoffman week here at the ol rancho de DPL. Caught another film with PSH and gotta say i wasnt to sure about this one at first. Dont know what it was that made me think that i wouldnt like this movie but in the end it was worth it. its about this brother and sister who have to deal with the fact that there father has dementia and have to take care of him. they all live far apart from each opther so it forces the three to once again be toghether. as for the siblings it also forces them to "grow up" and not be adult children in a way...
this movie for sure has some funny moments in it...but it also has some nice family moments as well. I gotta say that it def puts you the viewer in this place of "holy shit igotta deal with that someday"...and thats a tough pill to swallow. my dad has always been this strong, and tough father figure ...and to one day see him as a frail old dude is kinda scary. but i guess well cross that bridge when we get to it.....back to the movie.....all i can really say is that this is a good movie...and worht the couple bucks at the video store....whether you want to see some good PSH acting or want to get a movie with your sister or fahter and enjoy some good family moments and then hug and say your sorry for lighting her underwear on fire back when you were 10. or sorry for drinking all your whiskey that night and then you having to bail me out of jail for indecent exposure in front of that groupl of nuns.....whatever ....its all good
bottomline: see it and then call your sister and tell her you love her. then call dad.

Okay, I'saw this film about a week ago.
YOUR HUB: You have so many misspellings that you're gonna have to clean up your act in that regard BEFORE YOU PUBLISH. No worries there. Practice Makes perfect. As you get better you can add videos and photos and all that groovy stuff but bad spelling it all you. Fix it now!.
Getting to the film:
First of all, PSH had a sister you mentioned that.
THAT SISTER was played by the amazing LAURA LINNEY and she was nominated for SEVERAL awards for her role in this film.
In fact, she is the star of the film.
THE GOOD NEWS: Your secong paragraph is great and it is right on. That's exactly what your thinking.
HOWEVER, I wouldn't recommend this piece of crap to anyone. And to suggest that a family member would enjoy watching this with you is also way off.
You wanna see a real movie. PSH in Before the Devil Knows your Dead.
You need to see..
