Like most free online movies with a horror bent, this video is amateur hand held camera footage. It really captures the feeling of wandering around a dark house playing "Hide and Go Seek."  Watch as things slowly get a little out of the ordinary before it ends with a truly unsettling finish.

An actual commercial, apparently Baby Laughs a Lot plans to sell some units through terror. This youtube video is among the most frightening I've ever seen and it is completely unintentional to boot!

These children are clearly being threatened. Their laughter is a sham. They were probably all under the evil thrall of that doll by the end.
