The Seacliff Court tract of condominium homes lies within the city of Aliso Viejo and contains 132 units. The community is located at the northern edge of Aliso Viejo along El Toro Road. To the west, down Laguna Canyon, is the Pacific Ocean and the famous city of Laguna Beach.

The 73 freeway is a few minutes away, and the 5 freeway is a short drive East on El Toro. While located in a rural setting, the Audubon communities are positioned within a short distance of the ocean and its resort towns; freeway arteries leading to major employment areas, and the shops, restaurants and amenities of Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach and Aliso Viejo.

Seacliff Court has three different models of homes:

The Swan (Model A) is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath two level home with a 2 car garage. Direct garage access is through the laundry room off the kitchen. A fireplace is located in the living room which is open to the second floor. The master bedroom has its own bathroom suite and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a walk-in closet. This model is approximately 1,381 square feet.

The Heron (Model B) is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two level home with a 2 car garage. Like the Swan, the Heron model has direct garage access off the laundry. The living room is open to the second and has a fireplace. Instead of a third bedroom there is a loft. This model is approximately 1,355 square feet.

The Hawk (Model C) is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two level home. Garage access is similar to the Swan and Heron models. Again the living room has its own fireplace and is open to the second level where all of the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet off the master bath suite. This home is approximately 1,372 square feet.
