The Seacrest Heights Audubon Community Association

The Seacrest Heights tract of single family detached homes lies within the city of Aliso Viejo and contains 183 homes. The community is not gated and does have a pool or spa. The community is located on the northern edge of Aliso Viejo and can reached off either Aliso Creek Road or El Toro Road. A few minutes to the west, down Laguna Canyon, is the Pacific Ocean and the famous city of Laguna Beach.

The 73 freeway is less than a minute away, and the 5 freeway is a short drive East on El Toro. While located in a rural setting, the Audubon communities are positioned within a short distance of the ocean and its resort towns; freeway arteries leading to major employment areas, and the shops, restaurants and amenities of Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach and Aliso Viejo.

Seacrest Heights has three different models of homes:

The Firecrest (Model A) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath two level home with a 2 car garage. Direct garage access is located in the dining room. The master bedroom and master bath suite with walk-in closet are located on the second floor of this model. The second and third bedrooms are located on the first floor. The living room and dining room are open to the second fllor and a fireplace has been located in the living room. This model is approximately 1,207 square feet.

The Sungem (Model B) is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two level home with a 2 car garage. Direct garage access is located off the breakfast nook. A fireplace is located in the living room which is open to the second level. In this model all of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The original builder offered the option of a loft instead of a third bedroom. This model is approximately 1,405 square feet.

The Starling (Model C) is 4 bedroom, 3 bath, two level home with a 2 car garage. Direct garage access is located through the kitchen. A fireplace is located as a separator between the family room and the living room which are both open to the second level. The remainder of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet off the master bath suite. A bedroom and full bath are located on the ground floor of this model. This model is approximately 1,528 square feet.
