A Business Fairystory

I would like to tell you a story, a fairytale if you will of a group of people and how they came together to form a mission to change the world, or at least their small part of it. This story begins with most if not all, of these people not really knowing each other at all, yet all of them had one thing at heart. That one thing was that they were all business people, marketers and internet marketers who knew that they didn't fit in with the old way of doing business.

Each of these people yearned for a different dynamic in their respective business areas, a way to do business with people that felt and thought the same way they did. Suddenly on the scene came a leader, someone who spoke their language in his articles and posts online someone who was looking for recruits to begin an historical online event, to begin a multi-million dollar company using solely human capital, no cash. He also spoke of ethics, community and a spiritual base for this company where it took a team of committed individuals with passion for change to change the face of marketing forever.

To exert a collective influence across the entire web community and turn marketing online on its head. No longer would people be expected to buy from loud uncouth ad campaigns that insulted their intelligence. Instead people would feel as if they were part of a community that had their best interests at heart and that friends, knowing their needs would offer solutions in the form of products or events or service that suited those needs. His vision was of a community of leaders who would take on social marketing as a way to build ongoing relationships with good people, rather than dollars signs waiting to be realised.

As you would expect the original group of people saw this leaders vision as their own, and spread the word and the group called Social Traffic Inc. was born. They understood Simon Fords vision, of a company that financed itself on human capital: time, adrenaline, tears and sweat and most of all heart. This is a 100% virtual social media marketing venture - saving the costs of infrasctructure, equipment, office space, human captial in the form of empoyees, sales etc..

This new group are still looking for more evangelists like you, people who see the vision for themselves and have yearned like many of us for a company with heart. All you need to do is to demonstrate your capabilities, use your knowledge and expertise and leverage the social networks. In return this company will give you the education you need to make full use of social marketing in all its seeminly limitless profusion and in the end when you sit back knowing you have given of your best in the shortterm as your investment in this company, you will have earned a permanent place as a valued member of the group and the company.

In this group we are all learning the steps to an intricate dance and learning to dance those steps in time with one another. I have made some wonderful new friends, both taught and learned so much already and best of all am involved in our very first campaign. A campaign after my own heart, one that proves that we can not only work together, but help save our planet at the same time, something I gladly do for free. As as group we are formulating an amazing vision for our company some of which are: to be the foremost authority of social traffic and broad based marketing, reaching people not just demographics

  • To be the first company that all companies what to talk to when considering how to communicate with the rest of the world
  • To be the first truly globally minded company (not necessarily the first but the truest)
  • To be the first company with people as the single most important aspect of our endeavour
  • To be a business that contributes in many ways to enhance the lives of all people by being corporately and socially responsible

These are just a few of the goals of members of our group and there are far more, the calibre of these people both in business and at heart is of the highest standard and I for one am so very proud to be counted among them.
