I received an email earlier today from a fellow networker, who discussed the secret to success. I looked at the email and couldn't help to agree with him. So many people are searching for that secret ingredient that is going to make them rich, healthier, happier, etc... Does it really exist? Well, let me just say that everyone has the ability to become successful, but there is a cost you must pay to get there.

Unfortunately, most people in network marketing will never feel or see that success, because this business is full of so much hype, that most people cannot endure the pain, because they cannot see the finish line. I don't care what it is you are doing you have to see the finish line. If you can't see it, how will you ever get there? I remember when I was an actor in Hollywood and just barely making it financially, it was really a tough time, but what kept me going every day was I could see the finish line. You see, I saw it and thought about it, and that allowed me to endure the pain. It is no different than someone who wants to be a doctor. The only reason he or she can stay in school, sleep 3 hours a day, and study for hours at a time, and probably not earn their first dime until their late twenties or early thirties is that they can see the finish line.

My advice to everyone reading this blog is visualize what it is that is waiting for you at the finish line, is it a bigger house, a better education, being able to freely go to your kids soccer game without having to ask for permission, maybe it is retiring in 2 to 3 years. These are the things that will keep you going. And for those of you that can't endure the pain, you can always just clock in and clock out.
