One of my favourate proverbs in the bible is " As A Man Thinks So He Is"

The way I met my husband Roy was rather coinscidental or was it a Godinscidence? More than 12 years ago Roy worked at our family fruitshop business, and my greek father who back then was Roy's boss had a reputation to say the least as a very difficult employer to work for.

Typical day would have Roy stacking the mangoes on the shelf and dad would often verbalize his dissaproval with an impatient and agressive tone to his voice due to the lack of speed Roy was using and would often say to Roy, "God gave you two hands Use them Both!!"

When Roy was frustrated one day he said to himself out aloud, "Pity the poor B@@@@@d that will marry this man's daughter."

We have been together now for almost 5 years and been happily married for 3. The law of attraction is not just a spiritual or religious myth but rather a proven time after time theory. In science what comes up must come down and that is a natural law and so it is in the spritiual realm. I saw the movie the Secret and it was very interesting but alot of the stuff in it we had learned at church anyway. As a dedicated christian we were taught to only speak positive things and they will come to pass. In the morning when we wake up, a mentor was telling me, always say thankyou Lord today is going to be a great day and automatically you believe it and you feel great and you have set up your mind in that good attitude state which starts to show in your body language thus makinig everyone around you feel great too, so it really works.

From a Christian perspective and im not forcing my views on anyone reading this as this is just a theory but rather a very interesting one to think about, is we live in a very real spiritual and natural realm and it is believed angels and demons also live amongst us fighting for our souls.

Now these beings obviously can see and hear what we say and can take our words and make them happen, e.g if you say I just hit my toe again or nothing good ever happens to me, a demon will say aha this person wont pray and doesnt believe God can help him so i will curse him or rather the person has already cursed himself because he has just told God's angels to rack off i dont believe you can protect me because I have no faith that something good is going to happen. Well as soon as that Godly hedge of protection is lifted the demons can then come along and bring bad luck.

I would be very interested what people think of this theory as it makes sense, but it just makes sense to me and it does not mean you have to believe what I am saying is true however it is very interesting in theory.

In conclusion whether our words are carried out by the spiritual realm or not I do believe we have to speak things as we want them to be and there are many bible references to back this up and then good fortune will definately follow from out positive faith.

You can test this theory if you can think of people in your work or family that seem to have bad luck all the time or have good luck all the time, check to see if thier attitude determines thier altitude?
