From rappers talking about asses to models showing theirs off, it's clearly all about the booty right now. Most people were not born with a naturally perfect booty. Some decide to have it surgically enhanced, but if you are like me you like to save money where you can, and do it the pain free way, then these quick and easy exercises are for you. Ever since my cross country days in Junior High, these have been my sure way to keep a firm and sexy butt.

Move #1 The Lunge

-Stand upright with legs right beside to each other

-extend one leg forward as if taking a giant step

-with your body weight, push your body down as if getting on one knee but make sure not to let your knee touch the floor

-bring leg back next to other leg and alternate to other leg

*Do as many reps as you can, start of easy and with time build the amount of reps that you do. Also, make sure that you give yourself a day or two off a week for your body to rest from working out.


Platypus Walk

-Stand with your feet further apart than shoulder width

-Slowly squat down, toes pointed outwards and firmly placed on the floor

-Keep your hands behind your head for balance (and strength training) and begin squatting around an area for a few minutes

*For added challenge, hold a 5-10 lb dumbbell in each hand while you do this exercise

You should see Results in a few weeks, but you will definitely feel the difference in a few days!

Now that you have this amazing sexy new butt, you can wear those jeans or that lingerie you have always been too shy to strut around in ;)

I forget to point out sometimes, but these moves do wonders on men too. Nothing better than a cute firm behind on your man!

I'm living proof these moves work. I have the butt of a 30 year old (since I'm almost 56, that's a GOOD thing!)

that is a GREAT thing! to have a nice tush as long as we can is something I definately want as well. :) My butt has stayed firm and perky thanks to these moves...and I have my strict soccer coach to thank for that since he always made us do these daily! haha thank you for commenting

I may be beyond prime, but I am still male and this is the first of your hubs to catch my eye. I must confess I did not read, was there any text? I wanted to see butt, I saw, enjoyed and will look one more time and leave. LOL gee thanks for the treat.

Lunges are great! I thoroughly recommend them. Also, skiing, skating and skateboarding are good for the booty and legs. Great legs equal great bum. I never get complaints. : )
