One chimney will lead across the street for the Eighth Flag. He can jump down and grapple back up to take the other chimney to the next house. This is a tough flag to get to, because you go quite high and the game makes it difficult to steer here, for some terrible reason. You can eventually get the Ninth Flag on the porch.

There is another reason why this chimney takes you so high, to soar you over to one house with a few barrels on one of the levels. Soar over there, smash through these barrels, and Bart can obtain the First Krusty Koupon.

Bart should get back on the top of that house, because on one side is a somewhat easily accessible porch where he can grab the Tenth Flag.

Go back down the street, and make your way down until you go under another bridge. Homer can burst through it as a Homer Ball, and grab the Eleventh flag.

Near that entrance, have Bart take a canopy to the level where the bridge goes above. He can do this via a table that leads to a canopy. This jump from the table to the canopy is quite tricky, and I can’t say that I made it every time. There are other ways to get to that upper level. Once Bart gets there, he can cross the bridge and go to the top of a building to get the Second Krusty Koupon.

While you are on this building, you will see a zipline. Have Bart take this line, and it will take you so you can grab the Twelfth Flag.

Bart can then leave this building, and go back the bridge. Turn right and jump over the fence to a nearby canopy. He can then make it to a nearby chimney which will give him just enough updraft to get the Thirteenth Flag.

Run further down the street, and Homer needs to get the next two flags. One is located on a porch near a helium tank. It is a simple matter of Homer becoming Helium Homer, and then rising up to get the Fourteenth Flag.

There is blocked entrance below a bridge that needs to be Homer Balled. The Fifteenth Flag is right there to the side.

After this entrance, home can make his way up to bounce off a canopy. He will arrive on a porch with the Second Duff Cap.
