by Mikey and Steven Hall

The St. Tropez tract of townhomes lies within the city of Aliso Viejo and contains 145 units. The community is bordered on the east by Cedarbrook, on the south by Aliso Viejo Parkway and on the west by Aliso Creek Rd. On the north is a large green belt. St. Tropez owners have their own own pool and spa, as well as access to the adjacent green belt.

St. Tropez has five different models of homes:

The Paris (model A) is a 2 bedroom, 1,067 square foot carriage unit with a 1 car garage. The garage access is just inside the front door. The living area is up a flight of stairs on the second level. The unit has a generous second floor patio and a fireplace in the living room.

The Cannes (Model B) has 1 bedroom and a loft in approximately 1,128 square feet. Like the Paris, the Cannes has a 1 car garage and is a carriage unit. The garage access is just inside the front door and the main living area is up a flight of stairs. From the dining room a second flight of stairs leads to the loft which has its own bath and closet.

The Monaco (Model C) is a single level 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with approximately 1,216 square feet and a 2 car garage. The garage access is through the kitchen and the living room is equipped with a fireplace.

The Marseilles (Model D) is a 1,563 square foot (approx.) two level unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2 car garage. There is a fireplace in the living room.

The Provence (Model E) is the largest model at approximately 1,479 square feet. The unit has 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a two car garage. One of the bedrooms and bath is located on the ground floor (bedroom and bath down). There is direct garage access and a fireplace in the living room.
