The Statue of Liberty is tickling like a star in the Liberty Island in NY Harbor. French, the Country who had sent once the message of Brotherhood, Fraternity and Equality to all enshrined in democracy for Global peace and greeted the American Citizen by installing the Statue of Liberty at the gateway of NY of United Statues enlightening the World. It was a message to establish democracy in every State and every region of the Earth. But the message in the 21^st Century is to preserve the Global peace from the destruction of Nature, eliminating poverty and deadly diseases like AIDs and Cancer for the cause of Global peace of liberty.

The Call for Global Peace after 2^nd World War:

The people of the World realized the impact of holocaust that had occurred at Nagasaki and Hiroshima after the fall of Atom Bomb in 1945. It had not only destroyed in total the army units of mighty Japan by killing more than eighty thousands army in each blast but also poisoned the atmosphere with nuclear cosmic particles which had affected the human life. The UNO was formed to stop the production of such deadly weapons. Now it is the call for CTBT (Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty).

The impact of Population Growth is adverse to Global Peace:

There are many countries in the World where nothing is there to control over the rate of population growth. The increase of population has not only brought a danger to the nature of the Earth but also it had created diseases and deadly virus in the atmosphere which is transmitted easily to every corner of the Globe and destroy the sustained highly standard life in the regions of developed country as the technology of Air-Vehicles over come the distance. Today, it is impossible to remain in isolation in view of the increasing necessity of peoples’ contact. The outbreak of disease like Aid or any kind of unknown disease due to unknown virus is likely to spread anytime anywhere, the effect of which might have been more dangerous than nuclear holocaust. The blast of AtomBomb had only affected a limited region of Japan. The outbreak of Virus would have spread over the whole country. There are some African countries who were suffering with mass affected diseases.The 21^st Century has provided unlimited opportunities for preserving a better standard of life but at the same time, it had endangered the very existence of life creating a new environment in new atmosphere replacing nature to certain extent. It gives the message to preserve nature and bring control over world population with the united affords of the UNO.

21^st Century demands a civilized Global Society:

Poverty and population are the two aspects need to be look after with international outlook. After 2^nd World war, the growth of population is in increasing trend as the average mortality rate is decreased. It is not far away when the world population will reach to 2.5 billion. It has brought in question whether the environment of the Earth could avail sustainable resources to the increased population. The increase of population does not depend upon size of the country or density ratio of population. It depends on (i) birth, (ii) decline in mortality rate, and (iii) immigration. Over population of a country sets the administration in problem in providing clean water, clean air, food, shelter, warmth and other necessities to sustain a better life. An international effort might be successful in locating the country of distress and helping the country to over come the menace of poverty. In this perspective the major role lies in controlling the rate of growth of population.

The objective of Democracy:

The term democracy also concerns with human rights. The real test of a democracy is not in what is said in the Constitution of any country, but in how it functions on the ground. The purpose of the government is to serve the people, to look after the welfare of the people. If the population is increased bringing obstruction in the implementation of welfare scheme, the set up can not be considered democratic in true sense. The UNO is trying its best to control over the spread of nuclear arsenal. Similar to that UNO would have brought a legislation to control the growth of population having providing the facilities to the countries in need (i) family planning know how, (ii) women’s education to take part in reproductive decision, (ii) economic help for social uplifting (iii) compel to reform tax laws to encourage couples to have no more than two child. The unaccounted population growth had caused many of global problems such as poverty, terrorism, drug raffling, and illegal infiltration.

How does the Largest Indian Democracy differ from the Greatest American Democracy?

Indian Democracy is based on the virtue of ‘Tolerance’. It is the reason why Indian government can not take any drastic action in any matter. On the other hand American Democracy is the foot print of the Late George Washington which was based on the virtue of tat for tie in bringing justice in the war of independence struggle. The virus growing in any region can be spread through out the world in no time. Therefore time has come to look after every region of Earth and not to see the country in isolation of its own.

The science has developed the new technology which had gifted the mankind in the discovery of new tools in the sector of enjoyment, development and communication and also to certain extent in the sector of evolution. The Nobel Laureate has provided the clue for the discovery of new antibiotics but new evolution is likely to emerge from the effects of opposite reactions. This is our life where the human beings have to survive in the midsts of animals, plants and natural kingdom in an atmosphere of friendship and friendly cooperation.
