The ripe, tasty red tomatoes - one of the top best products. It is inexpensive, tasty and low in claories. It may help to shed your kilograms. Of course, you can just use tomates in your diet instead of the heavy fatty foods, but for many of us easier to know the exact tomato diet, where you can lose weight. We offer two types of tomato diet:
Tomato diet
Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice with two slices of rye bread, spread a thin layer of lean cottage cheese, 1 fruit (apple or pear can be, bananas and grapes are excluded).
Dinner: a glass of tomato juice, 100 gr. boiled rice, vegetables (a small bowl of salad), 1 green apple, 100 gr. boiled fish. This is used without oil, salt, spices.
Dinner: a glass of tomato juice, chop of beef mince (100-150 gr. Minced cooked steamed or baked in foil), vegetables (two of any vegetables, except potatoes), 50 mg. boiled rice.
This diet is designed for 10-14 days. You can lose 4-5 kg. with it
Tomato unloading
Within one day you need to eat 1.5 kg. fresh tomatoes, dividing them into four steps. Salt, sugar, pepper and other spices - to exclude.
You can use this diet for 1-2 days only, not more. During this time you can get rid of 1 to 2 kg.
Tomato juice stimulates the formation of well-gastric juice, improves the action of the heart. Contains vitamin C, carotene, vitamins of group B. useful in cardiovascular disease, constipation. Tomatoes are useful and in hypertensive disease.
In 100 grams of tomatoes, only 23 kcal, in the juices - 100 ml - 18 to 24 kcal, which is a very convenient product for the diet. Juicy and delicious tomatoes easily eat without salt, oil, spices, and easy to feed because of its consistency.
